Once we arrived we never drove anywhere. If all you’re looking for is to spend time at the beach this is it! It’s the perfect beach vacation spot! Everything we needed was at the property and we could walk to get anything we wanted. Our boys spent the days in the ocean and we could watch from the balcony or from the beach. We had a problem with the pre-arrival groceries being delivered to the wrong address, but that wasn’t the owners fault. The error was with the shoppers from Key. We did get all our groceries by 8pm. We will definitely be back!

We had 2 families and grandparents staying at this property. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to dinner, coffee, grocery store, etc fairly easily. Also proximity to the beach was beyond expectations. The beds were comfortable enough and the lack of ceiling fans was sort of remedied by the amount of floor fans available in the unit. There were way more chairs and boogie boards than we needed in the toy closet. Being on the 3rd floor was a little daunting for getting everything up and then back down again but the view was amazing. The tandem parking was ok and we had a little space on the side for the canopies and stroller and things we did not want to haul and and down each day. We had an issue with the refrigerator, and I am still not entirely sure what happened, but at some point the temp turned up to 54 degrees and luckily we noticed before everything went bad but I think the button is too easily pressed to turn down the cool? I also wish they had a faucet at the base of the stairs to wash sandy feet off, as the provided hose is on the other side of the property and you still have to walk in the street after rinsing to get back to the stairs. I will also say that the trundle bed in the living room was not very comfortable and my daughter woke up with a huge spider bite on her hand, so maybe it needs a good pest service.

Beautiful home, great location. Panoramic beach views with top to bottom windows. Look forward to many stays here.

We were overwhelmed with awe when we walked in the door. The house was amazing and the views were spectacular. Would definitely recommend to friends.

This property was amazing. Perfect location. The views amazing!! And when it got cool sitting in front of the fire looking out at the ocean.... can't beat it.
