Great for on the beach stays! Right next to a main area of food and daily street venders. The house had most everything to accommodate us while we stayed.

When we first arrived we could not get the garage door to open. A neighbor happened to be there and opened it for us. The battery in the code box was bad. The place was beautiful and liked the location. We did have some insect problems but not super bad. Overall I would probably stay there again.

The unit was exactly as described. Very happy with the view each morning and sunset at night. Thank you.

Happy to give this a 5 star review. The unit was clearly well maintained, it was clean, the beds were comfy, it had all the things you would need for a vacation, and the best part is sitting on the fully shaded deck (there's an automatic shade awning!) enjoying endless ocean views.

Fantastic process and everything laid out well while staying there

This unit is perfectly placed on Mission Beach! There is an incredible retractable awning for shade and nice lounge chairs to relax on outside. It should be obvious, but if you've never stayed right on a major pedestrian walkway, there isn't a ton of privacy. The tradeoff is that you are almost literally on the beach with incredible floor to ceiling glass windows. The ocean views are absolutely phenomenal. The sofas and beds were extremely comfortable and all TVs are large and in great working order. Everything was functional, and there are table settings for 4. One note, one bathroom is a lower tub/shower combo, but the other bathroom is a very high and wide tub/shower. I was almost doing the splits to get into it (because I am short)! As long as both couples are not mobility-challenged, this should be fine. It's a very clean unit, with clean dishes and towels. Clean dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. No musty smells, despite being on the beach. There's a water spout outside to wash your feet before you come in and not track sand around. Still, I recommend slippers and a robe. Parking is tight, not going to lie. I wouldn't try to pull an SUV in there, personally. We had an Accord, and I was grateful no one was in the unit next door or we may have had issues getting out. But this is what beach parking is about! Every single beach unit I saw had tight parking. Lastly, the hosts are absolutely incredible. Excellent communication, all entry codes worked great, minor issues and questions are addressed immediately. Amazing service! Enjoy this great unit!
