I had a fabulous stay at this BNB. It's in walking distance to so many things! And is well stoked with any items you would need, it was immaculate and very easy to find! Would love to stay again!

We had a great stay here. The unit had everything we needed. Very comfortable bed. Little Italy is a cute neighborhood with great restaurants nearby. I’d stay here again!

This place is gorgeous and literally one street away from the iconic little Italy strip with the best restaurants/ bars and two blocks from waterfront park where you can walk dogs, look at the ships, or hang out in the grass. Very spacious inside, clean, modern, and stylish. Location could not have been better BUT-
- If arriving after the sun goes down and not familiar with San Diego parking, it is very stressful to find a spot. It would be great if some kind of parking was included as the garage across the street is very expensive and was closed to the public when I was there.
- As a woman there alone, the area felt a bit sketchy at night.
- The fact that there is no kitchen / washer & dryer did create some difficulties during my long stay
Overall, would rent again!

This spot was perfect for our stay during the holidays. It was not noisy which is great since it is right in the middle of everything. Great spot if your traveling with a pet.

Amazing location! Absolutely most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in an Air BNB.
