This is a great place right on the beach. We have stayed several places in Mission Beach/Mission Bay over the years and this is by far the best. With four bedrooms and a very well-equipped kitchen -- plenty of dishes/glassware, utensils, and cookware -- it made for a perfect Thanksgiving getaway for our family of 7. In addition, two parking spaces and a barbecue and firepit dedicated to the unit were especially nice.

*Best dressed award* Location, amenities, decor and PARKING - ideal spot for a ladies getaway - perfect spot to relax, enjoy the sunset, and dine. The property has upgraded interior with great conversation areas and fully stocked and updated kitchen. Plenty of towels for all including beach towels. Many mirrors throughout which is great for ladies getting ready especially since most of the bathroom vanities were a little small. Near the beach, parking is key and this property comes with 2 indoor dedicated spots (tight spots so best to pull forward and backup into them) - winning! It is two side by side units combined which at first is a little confusing with a partial center wall but you get used to the layout quickly enough. All the interior glass doors are a little odd but understood to allow more light into the entire unit. The corner view from the front of the property is A+. We didn't end up using the side patio / firepit but had we stayed longer (which we wish we could!) we would. At the time of our stay most of the windows were missing screens which limited us on getting fresh air. Most of the bedrooms have ceiling fans which helped but who doesn't love fresh ocean air?! Front slider was very hard to open - hopefully it gets some maintenance. Comfy beds, nice linens and plenty of pillows. The property manager on site from the homeowners, J or Jay, was a doll and very helpful during our stay - bonus! The sound system was tricky and temperamental w/ a USB connection - we got it to work and then it stopped. If they don't offer a Bluetooth speaker you should bring your own. We should absolutely stay here again!

This is a nice, high quality property. It's two smaller units combined, and that worked pretty effectively. Lots of space for a family group as a result. Big, well-equipped kitchen is a highlight. Great views of the Pacific sunsets through the all-glass front wall. SurfStyle Management is easy to work with, always helpful if something comes up. Definitely recommended.

This rental was everything you want in a beach rental. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and everything you need is close by. The home is clean and well furnished. The kids loved the bunk beds and each having their own tv's. The nice large kitchen table seated all 10 of us and was great for playing games on. This is a beautiful home and we hope to be able to spend our next family vacation here! :)
