We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this exceptionally clean and comfortable condo. Anything we could have asked for to make us feel at home was supplied.

Loved that there was an air conditioning unit in each room! The place was very clean and tight parking but super glad there was parking. The place could use a few essentials like ice trays or an ice maker a dishwasher and an outdoor grill .

We were very happy with the location. Not too close to the busiest part of Belmont Park. Very quick easy walk to the Oceanside and less busy part of the beach. The bayside was beautiful and very quiet, even with all the day camps across the bay. Less than 10 minute walk to the Mission Bay Marina to rent kayaks, paddle boards, other boats. Several options for eating. We didn’t have a car but had close walking access to anything we needed. The condo was very nice, rooms were a little small but it worked great for our family if 4. Kitchen was a little small for if trying to cook a big meal but it was clean and had all necessary pots/pans snd plates and cups. Most importantly a working coffe pot! Of course there were 3 options for coffee along Mission Ave that were less than a quarter mile a way.

We loved the Mission Bay unit. It was quiet, clean and great proximity to the bay (steps away) and ocean (about 2 blocks). The furnishings and beds were very nice and comfortable!
If you have small children you will love the beach at the bay; no waves, plenty of clean sand and tons of room! Older children will love it too, but my 9 year old preferred the beach on the ocean side. There are great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. There is a boardwalk out front for you to ride bikes/scooters, walk or run. People were friendly and polite :)
