If you are looking for a private beach home with ocean view, private beach access and spectacular sunsets, this is it! A wonderful seaside retreat during this pandemic especially if you want a safe, quiet and serene location with no big beach crowd. What amazes us is that it is not windy or too cold to sit on the patio to enjoy the sights and surfers. What our family love is that every bedroom especially the Master bedroom has beautiful ocean views that makes it hard to get out of bed. It does has a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals to eat indoors or outdoors. Amenities are as specified. There is an enclosed garage that would fit 2 midsize cars but not a Suburban which can be parked on the street outside the garage. For those who may have problems climbing staircases, please note that the Master Bedroom, kitchen and dinning areas are located on the upper level accessible by a flight of steps indoor and outdoor. What would make this vacation home more luxurious to match their rental rate would be an upgrade of their furnishing, bathroom facilities and dated beddings. We do appreciate very much that we can bring along our dog on our vacation, the quick responses and follow up plus the host being able to accommodate our requests. Definitely looking forward to vacationing here again to watch beautiful sunsets!

Great location with amazing views! Enjoyed our time in Encinitas.

We had a lovely time and will definitely stay again. The views are absolutely amazing and the private beach access was a treat. Granted, the 150 steps are a bit tough but absolutely worth the journey through the thick foliage. We were able to park our two cars in front of the house on the street because neither one of them fit inside the garage. The outdoor furniture was really comfy and we loved watching the sunsets. Thanks so much!

This house is fantastic. The three generations of our family who stayed there all loved it. The home is very comfortable. The view over the ocean is incredible. We stayed in this home numerous times before the current owners bought it. It was great then and even better now. The downstairs living room is much more comfortable and has a huge TV. Can't wait until we can go back to "our beach house" next year.
