Can’t say enough about this property. The view was amazing, the landscaping fabulous, amenities were great, and the home was lovely and spotless. We had a fantastic time.

We couldn’t ask for a better location- sitting in a quiet and picturesque neighborhood. The view is absolutely AMAZING! The home sits along a main path for biking/walking/running. It’s also extremely walkable to the many restaurants, coffee shops, & wine bars in the area. The home itself is absolutely lovely and has everything you need! It’s best for one couple as the guest room is a pull-out and not the most comfortable. There is so much to do in the area, however we found ourselves spending so much time at the house because of the breathtaking view, grill, gas fire pit, and more. This has been my absolute favorite Air BNB stay to date!

My husband and I just spent a fabulous and relaxing week at this gorgeous home. The house and gardens are meticulously maintained. The view is spectacular! We loved going to sleep to the sound of the waves, and the smell of the ocean. We didn’t have a car but that was no problem as there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance, and we had groceries delivered. The bed is extremely comfortable. We had to work during the week and the WiFi was good. Communication with the management was fantastic as well. We look forward to coming back!

Great location the beach and close to everything in Encinitas and Leucadia. We had a slight issue on check in and we got that resolved with surf style. Clean, light and bright. We had a great few days!

This is probably the most self sufficient Airbnb we have ever been to. It is really well managed and has a great instruction book on the ins and outs of the home. This is obviously not the best part of the home as it was not mentioned in other reviews I saw but we appreciated it and wanted to make sure we said something.
The overwhelmingly terrific part of this home is it’s location and view. It is truly amazing. Our 6 year old navigated the stairs to the beach very well and while a bit intimidating in parts we all got used to it very quickly.
The home itself is very clean and has lots of nice touches throughout.
We hope to go back again soon. Thank you so much for the great and memorable spring break.

I stay here two to three times per year because of how perfect it is! I could not recommend more, perfect location, perfect house.
