Great host, amazing view, excellence propety. comfy beds.

The Neptune beach was a great place to stay right on the beach. Plenty of room for a large family. Several outdoor sitting areas for you to enjoy the sun, beach and views. We highly this house for anyone looking to stay right on the beach.

Our family consisted of 6 adults and 3 small boys. Plenty of room for us all. Loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. Kitchen well equipped. Plenty of propane for bbq and fire table. Boggie boards and beach chairs were a plus. Lots of beach towels. Seating for 10 both inside and outside tables. Can’t say enough good about this property. We definitely want to return.

Beautiful home

Awesome home in a great location. Our family made many memories on our vacation stay here.

This home was a fantastic place for us. (8 adults and 2 under 2). The pictures of the views are really accurate. We looked down on the beach and it was a few steps to get there. The house had all that we needed. La Jolla is the best.
Note: While the downstairs bedroom is an amazing space, it does not have a door separating it from the living room. There is a half a flight of stairs and a curtain at the bottom. So it is really not away from the noise. We were going to have our family with the babies down there but it was too noisy for the kids to sleep.
