Unbelievable location! Spacious home and layout for two couples or traveling with family. The property is very comfortable. Carlsbad is an awesome town and it was wonderful to take walks on the beach every day.

This was a pleasant experience and very up to standrads. We have rented other on the water / private beach access locations in SoCal and this was by far the best yet.
Clean, peaceful, great locaation, great neighbors, good parking, many home accomodations.
We are very senstive to smells (glade plug-ins, air fresheners, etc.) and we were thankful we coudln't detect any chemical smells in this home.....nor any bad odor!
Nothing bad to say, only good. We told our family about it and they now want to book as well!

We had an amazing stay. The house has a breathtaking view, it’s comfortable and perfectly clean. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. Everything we needed was provided — nothing was missing. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect house for our beach getaway. It had everything we needed and was beyond charming.

If your goal is to find a quiet oasis on the beach with beautiful views and crashing waves then this is your beachfront destination. House is located on a quiet block away from all the hustle. Not to worry though as you are a 5 minute car ride away from all the shops and restaurants in the heart of Carlsbad. House has everything you need for a great stay but that won't matter as most of your time is going to be spent on the deck overlooking the ocean. Great courtyard area with fire pit and grill that can be accessed from multiple areas of the house. Book your stay, you won't regret it!!
