We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was right on the beach and pretty walkable. The area was quiet and safe.
They also sent out cleaners during our stay which was very nice.

Location perfetta e relativamente tranquilla a 15 metri dalla spiaggia di Mission Beach e 15min. da quella di Pacific Beach. L’appartamento numero 5 (Max 2 persone) aveva a disposizione un grande posteggio che in prossimità della spiaggia è “oro” in quanto la sera al tramonto mezzo mondo raggiunge le spiagge per vedere i magnifici tramonti. Con l’auto in 15 minuti si arriva in centro a San Diego e a nord a La Jolla. Con i mezzi pubblici ci vuole il triplo. Strategicamente perfetto. L unica mancanza per quanto riguarda l alloggio è che non ha a disposizione un balcone o una zona dedicata ad asciugare i panni umidi e bagnati il che crea un po’ un problema quando si rientra da un attività sportiva o dalla spiaggia.

Pacific Beach is the center of social life for this area. Everyone who comes to PB (specifically this location in PB) come for the beach vibe, wonderful views, and laidback lifestyle. Although, my purpose for staying here was to work, I enjoyed the local businesses, pubs, and people that just wanted to experience the sand and surf.
I was only a sixty second stroll from the boardwalk, and an addition twenty seconds from the surf. Everyday, from my ocean facing window, I would observe a flurry of human activity along the beach side while spotting a pod of dolphins riding the tops of the cresting waves.
It is centrally located between the beautiful hills of La Jolla, and the bustling night life of downtown San Diego and the Gas Lamp district. In this section of PB you will find yourself situated between to bodies of water, Mission bay with all its sailing activities to the east, and the Pacific ocean and her stunning sunsets to the west.
I enjoyed every minute!
