This studio was a great choice for my stay. It is so close to the beach and nearby restaurants, cafes, and shops. The studio was comfortable and the location can't be beat. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

We booked this place because of its location and it did not disappoint. Being one house away from the boardwalk and beach was amazing. Another plus was having a designated parking spot right outside our door, which was hard to find with other listings. Very good communication from the renters. We received information about entry and instructions early on and got follow up check-in emails to make sure we had what we needed. Everything you need for a stay was provided - from kitchen to beach essentials.
We did let the renters know that the A/C made really loud noises, especially when off, and that the apartment had a musty/moldy smell to it (which is probably unavoidable being so close to the beach). They said they will look into it. Overall, fantastic place if you are looking to be close to the beach. We would stay there again.

Prime location if you love the beach. We enjoyed being so close to the beach. We spent lots of time walking the beach and boardwalk.

This location was perfect, it was next to a lot of restaurants on Mission Beach and was very walkable to local places! Loved being just one block from the beach and ocean, it was great!
The place was exactly like the photos and worked perfect for us for the week we stayed! It was nice having a parking spot also so that we could have a place for our rental car!
The apartment has a lot of amenities which made it easy to have meals and relax at our Airbnb too!
