This place is a perfect getaway!! I loved looking at the beach or the bay on the top deck. Each of us had our own area. We will definitely be back again.

Sail Bay is my happy place and this house was such a dream! Wonderful week with my pups and daughter visiting my son. The house location could. Not be better

no central air conditioning. window units were too loud to have on while in same room.

Great spot and exactly what we were looking for. Walkable to restaurants, perfect roof deck for hanging out. Surprisingly quiet aside being in the midst of things aside from the occasional truck or load motorcycle. Parking is TIGHT. We rented an Explorer.

Great views, access to the beach and bay was epic. Loved that we would could have are doggos.
