There was room for everyone, very spacious. Multiple gathering areas. No AC. It was very hot and humid. It was hard to get the airflow throughout the house.

We had a great stay in Balboa! The house was nice, comfortable, and a great place for a weekend getaway. We really enjoyed spending time at the beach and being able to walk around and explore the area. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend staying here!

This is a great property! We have stayed here several times and love it. Lots of fans to keep you cool, lots of space, and kitchen with great pots and pans. Awesome spot.

You cannot beat this location. We did 4 woman for a local event and each had our own room and bathroom. Beautiful walking location! We all love it.
