We have stayed at Beach Colony in the past and comparing to other rooms, this one was very nice and clean and had beautiful decorations. We had a great vacation with our family, especially the grandkids. Booking through VRBO was an easy process.

Exactly what we expected and needed. A clean 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom full kitchen, right on the beach.

Open, light, airy. It was relaxing and a perfect little getaway. It is close proximity to the Apache Pier and a quick drive to local restaurants!

Only issue was when we didn’t have a key to the 2nd bedroom and was locked out. We were able to locate the manager to get access. The room was accessible to outside but we didn’t know it had a different lock. Still over great stay and was able to get rectified quickly. Would come back again

Fantastic space with plenty of entertainment for the whole group. Very close proximity for beachgoers to enjoy the sand & sun or nightlife. Very impressed with the outdoor area, would definitely recommend this property if traveling for a golf trip. Thank you Booe Realty for the hospitality!

We stayed at the Dry Dock location and had a blast! Great, family oriented villa with a very short walk to the beach. Very specious and clean rooms! We will 100% be coming back next year!

Great condo, everything was as advertised. Appreciated them having beach supplies for us for the kids to play with. Nice, clean condo and very nice master bath shower. Great location right beside the elevator and tennis courts for the kids to use every day. Only downfall was sitting on the balcony and getting to smell marijuana being smoked from other balcony’s close by even though there are signs everywhere for no smoking on balconies. Would definitely stay at this location again, had a great time.

We had a great family vacation at 503 carol bay. We went through air bnb but next visit we will book directly through them. It’s significantly cheaper that way. They got back to me right away with any questions I had and will recommend anyone to vacation at any of there locations. Very kid friendly as well.

This house was equipped with everything you would need and then some!! I highly recommend renting this place, it is perfect for a family vacation. Be ready to walk though, I didn’t put on any pounds and lost a few 🤣 which is a wonderful thing!!

The condo was clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach. The location was convenient to a grocery store and many restaurants.

Been coming to Myrtle for 30 years, specially in this complex and this condo was by far the cleanest and nicest we've had. Spacious, cleanly end unit big enough to fit 6 people. Will definitely be in touch next year to re book through Booe

House was very clean. Had enough space for all of us to spread out. Pool table was great entertainment for the kids. Less than 5 mins walking to the beach!
