The beds were very comfortable and it was walking distance from the beach. The rooms were clean. I loved the balcony. There isn't an elevator. The check out time is a little too early (10 am) when you have to drive to a different location to turn in keys.

This is our second time staying at this listing with Booe Realty. We will use them again and again going forward. We trusted them with our Family vacation and they did not disappoint. Thank you again Booe Realty!!!!!

It was a great location. Noisy but it ends at 11pm The furniture is outdated and but adequate seating. The master shower so tiny you cannot get out of direct water flow. The kitchen table is too big and one has to be careful moving between it and the bar to get to living room. Outside screen door to hall does not latch. The managers and host for that matter were both quick to respond if I reached out. My family unfortunately locked ourselves out and within the hour someone came to let us in, with a charge of 35.00. Enjoyed it

We absolutely loved the condo we had. It was very clean when we arrived. We had just got into the condo and the housekeeper brought us clean towels and clean bedding for the entire week. Booe Reality truly made our stay extremely comfortably.

My daughter and I stayed here, it was great! The condo was clean and modern. Such an easy check in and it was great that linens were provided. It was just a short walk to the beach, and really loved the screened in porch before entering the condo. Would highly recommend!

Myself and a group of 7 other friends stayed for a golf trip and the house was amazing. Very large and spacious, high ceilings and lots of house amenities. The house was larger then expected and a quick walk to the beach anf breakfast spots along the beach.Would highly recommend and would stay here again 10/10

Our family loved staying in 205 Pelican Watch. It was steps to the beach and the kids enjoyed the pool when they were tired of the sand.

It was very close to the beach. Literally walked there. Noisy neighbors on top but besides that it was good.

A Place at the Beach was a great property. So close to everything and nicely updated!

My biggest issue with Booe Realty was the fact that we drove 8 hours to Myrtle Beach and I called Booe Realty to let them know I was literally 5 min away getting to Booe Realty to pick up the key. I arrive at 5:03 PM after asking them to just wait a couple of minutes so I can get the key and check in, I find Booe Realty CLOSED. I was able to get the keys so that was not an issue, the issue was I had to return the next day between 9 and 12 to sign paperwork and give them my credit card. We had vacation plans the next day that had to be delayed simply cause they could not wait a simple 3 minutes, this is not customer Service... I expressed my frustration the next morning when I went to Booe Realty and frankly the woman was rude and didnt give a **it that I had to delay my early morning vacation plans... Dont expect them to go above and beyond for anything!!!

It was so close to the beach you could step outside your front door and see the waves! We went with a family of 4 and we had separate rooms for privacy and good rest. Also the ladies at the front office were so nice and helpful they even gave us a cooler bag which we used instead of our big cooler. We had a great time. The washing machine was broken but I'm sure the ladies will fix that for the next rental.
