Great location, nice sized pool and it was cleaned while we were there. The kids loved the games in the kitchen. The bottom of the garbage can was dirty and the handle to the back door was broken which was frustrating but we didn’t feel the need to contact anyone over Labor Day weekend for it. Would probably stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy even though we arrived after hours. We picked up the keys in the box and it took less than 5 minutes to complete the next morning. We were only a short drive from all the attractions and enjoyed the quiet at the condo. It was really a great value for the money. It was great waking up with a view of the ocean and being so close to it. Would definitely recommend staying here and we hope to do it again soon.

Great vacation in a great location. Arbor House 21 met all our needs. They layout was not cramped. All beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed for meals and snack prep. TV and WiFi worked as needed. Washer/Dryer worked as needed. We will look to stay again next year.

We stayed at Arcadian Dunes, it was a short walk to the beach, and you are able to walk to the pier and gain access to the restaurant and pier. Very clean condo. We had a 3rd floor unit and it was very nice and quiet, access to the pool that was fun for the kids when not at the beach. (Just for transparency there are no elevators, so if you have problems with stairs look for something on the first floor)

What an amazing unit! We loved how close it is to beach, pool, and everything in between. This home had everything you could need. Definitely will be staying here again!

Everything was very very nice. We really want to come back soon. This definitely is where we will stay from now on There was nothing that we didn't like. It was great!!!!

My family and I stayed a few days this past week and we loved it. The condo was nice, clean and super cute decor. The office staff at Booe realty were super sweet and helpful. We will definitely be going back! And of course I loved the peaceful atmosphere. I’m not much of a crowd person, so the location was perfect with beach access. So double win!

Staff was very easy to work with. House was clean and less than 5 mins from the beach. Will definitely book with Booe in the future!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was nice and clean and right on the beach. It had a very nice swimming pool as well. We will definitely be back !!! We also enjoyed Ocean Annies which is right beside our unit with delish drinks and awesome live entertainment

The location and the view was awsome.It was the size I was lookingnfor.Everything was convient.Kitchen was well stock and it had everything you would need for a kitchen.But the place wasn't clean toaster door broke and it was very nasty with food stuck on the inside walls it could not be used.so the way you see it the way it was when I got there.never was able to use it.The kitchen sick was dirty and had to clean it the floor was so dirty till when I mopped the water was black had to clean before we got in it good. The stair climbing and the place wasn't clean
