The place was great! Very clean and beautifully decorated. Everything was perfectly done and accommodating. The only downfall was having to take the keys BACK to the realtors office which is not close buy. Had to borrow a car to take them there.

This condo is perfect for the family that wants to be close to the beach and yet have quick access back to the condo for lunch! Quiet - despite being in the middle of a busy tourist area. Pool is just right for those that just want to cool off and for families with little children that want to play in the water. I would highly recommend this condo and area!

I write to highly recommend the Myrtle Beach condo located at Unit E-106, Ocean Forest Villas. It really is a perfect location, on the first level so you don't have to wait for an elevator. However, the balcony is elevated off the ground and has a wonderful view of the ocean. There are no buildings across the road from the condos so you have a clear view of sea oats and the beautiful ocean. It is also perfectly located because it is very convenient, near Tanger Outlets on Hwy. 17 and not too far from the boardwalk area, yet its in a great spot that is not too crowded. I have stayed here in the off season and during August, and even in August, the beach was not extremely crowded as it is in some locations during the summer. The condo itself is beautiful and spacious and the owners keep it in top shape with many conveniences. There is a sidewalk across from the condos and a playground close by. Also, the two pools and hottubs are very nice and the grounds are beautiful. I can't say enough nice things about E-106 and the surrounding area.
