My wife and I have used Booe Realty to rent our 'snowbird retreat', usually from mid-January to mid-April for the past 5 or 6 years. We have no complaints; in fact just the opposite. All communication with Booe has been clear and on time. We are well-received when we arrive, and have never had any difficulties after we leave (mind you we are neat-freaks and always try to make the place better than when we arrive). We have dealt with Carletta, who is pleasant, polite and efficient. We generally recommend Booe and Carletta to any friends who are interested in renting in MB. We will continue to do our rental business in MB with Booe through Carletta. I recommend them both highly.
