Booe Realty is a great company for weekly vacations in Myrtle Beach. They have the best inventory of shore drive and other popular myrtle beach locations. We were looking for a vacation that would bring back the nostalgia of staying in Myrtle Beach years ago with our parents and found it. We booked online with no problems and were contacted by a friendly reservationist to confirm our booking. Check-in was quick and easy. We also found out that they have a great deal of long-term rentals if you are looking to relocate. Highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

Our familys stay at the Horizons was amazing. Renting condos seems to be hit and miss but I can tell you this one was absolutely first rate. We were in and out of the Booe office in minutes and starting our vacation with no fuss whatsoever. We were staying the week for a baseball tournament and several other families visited us and everyone of them commented about how great it was and so much better then where they were staying. We will try to stay again next year and I would recommend to anyone.

Ocean Forest #204E is a fully equipped 2 BR/2BA unit in a quaint family oriented property. Building E is away from the pool which makes it quieter but across Ocean Blvd from the beach. The beach access is directly across the street. The unobstructed angled view from the balcony offers wonderful sunsets and sunrises over the ocean. There's a great sidewalk along the blvd for walking as well. Master bath is small with shower only but second bath has tub. The unit was very clean. Good wifi connection. Definitely a relaxing place to vacation!

We had a great time at the Arcadian Dunes condos. This is the fourth time we have booked through Booe Realty and stayed at Arcadian Dunes. The location is really perfect. It’s about halfway between Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing. Very close to the Tanger Outlets. Within walking distance of the beach so you don’t have to hassle with parking. The local restaurants are excellent and pretty easy to get into. The pub, Harry the Hats, located in Arcadian Dunes is a great watering hole. They have karaoke, trivia and plenty of TVs for sporting events. The accommodations were excellent. Very clean. Air conditioning was incredible! We cooked dinner a few nights. Everything was there to fix meals. When we arrived I realized that I forgot to order linens. The folks at Booe Realty scrambled to help me out and even delivered the linens right to our condo. That was service beyond expectations and definitely why we continue to book through Booe. Well done, folks

Booe has been managing my two rental properties since 1998. Until 2013 I was a long distance landlord. I have experienced top quality service from Chris Walker, Problems were quickly resolved and their vendors offer great service at competitive prices. When renters moved they had new contracts within 15 days. I would highly recommend them for long term rental management.

I recently rented a house from Booe Realty and their service was outstanding. Everything about the house was exactly as described, they called me for an early arrival,when the prior housekeeping was completed, and had the pool service company at the house within 30 minutes of our call about a hot tub heating issue.

I went to Booe Realty this morning(1/27) to view some of their long term rentals. What a awesome environment!!!! They greeted you when you came through the door immediately. I have been looking to move all week, and most of the places I felt as if the team was rushing me off, busy having their own private conversation or eating so they didn't want to acknowledge your presence. I am looking forward to renting long term with this company.

My sister, cousin and I had a wonderful time at North Myrtle Beach. The condo was beautiful. It looked newly renovated. It was decorated beautifully and everything we needed was right there. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and we enjoyed the balcony very much. We would love to go back again and stay in the same unit.
