I went to Booe Realty this morning(1/27) to view some of their long term rentals. What a awesome environment!!!! They greeted you when you came through the door immediately. I have been looking to move all week, and most of the places I felt as if the team was rushing me off, busy having their own private conversation or eating so they didn't want to acknowledge your presence. I am looking forward to renting long term with this company.

I recently rented a house from Booe Realty and their service was outstanding. Everything about the house was exactly as described, they called me for an early arrival,when the prior housekeeping was completed, and had the pool service company at the house within 30 minutes of our call about a hot tub heating issue.

I've been working with Booe Realty for several years now. I'm an out of state owner of 3 condos in the Myrtle Beach area. I have been very happy with the company. They are quick to respond to maintenance issues and provide quick and reasonable vendor estimates and repairs. I just had a move-out of a long term tenant and the turn over was quick and the place looks fantastic! The new rent is better than I expected. Also the accounting is very detailed and professional. Beautiful veiw of the ocean....I have found my new favorite place to stay.

Ocean Forest #204E is a fully equipped 2 BR/2BA unit in a quaint family oriented property. Building E is away from the pool which makes it quieter but across Ocean Blvd from the beach. The beach access is directly across the street. The unobstructed angled view from the balcony offers wonderful sunsets and sunrises over the ocean. There's a great sidewalk along the blvd for walking as well. Master bath is small with shower only but second bath has tub. The unit was very clean. Good wifi connection. Definitely a relaxing place to vacation!

My sister, cousin and I had a wonderful time at North Myrtle Beach. The condo was beautiful. It looked newly renovated. It was decorated beautifully and everything we needed was right there. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and we enjoyed the balcony very much. We would love to go back again and stay in the same unit.

I write to highly recommend the Myrtle Beach condo located at Unit E-106, Ocean Forest Villas. It really is a perfect location, on the first level so you don't have to wait for an elevator. However, the balcony is elevated off the ground and has a wonderful view of the ocean. There are no buildings across the road from the condos so you have a clear view of sea oats and the beautiful ocean. It is also perfectly located because it is very convenient, near Tanger Outlets on Hwy. 17 and not too far from the boardwalk area, yet its in a great spot that is not too crowded. I have stayed here in the off season and during August, and even in August, the beach was not extremely crowded as it is in some locations during the summer. The condo itself is beautiful and spacious and the owners keep it in top shape with many conveniences. There is a sidewalk across from the condos and a playground close by. Also, the two pools and hottubs are very nice and the grounds are beautiful. I can't say enough nice things about E-106 and the surrounding area.

We found Booe Realty on the web search as we were looking for a company to manage our property in Myrtle Beach. The team of ladies we spoke with were very nice and ready to answer all of our questions.Teresa has gone above and beyond and her customer service is exeptional. The Booe Crew always goes the extra mile for us. I would recommend Booe Realty to everyone and we are happy to have found them.

Great rental property in the Shore Drive area. The Booe staff was great in helping make the reservation and upon arrival. I would strongly recommend going through Booe reality for your stay in Myrtle Beach.

The place was great! Very clean and beautifully decorated. Everything was perfectly done and accommodating. The only downfall was having to take the keys BACK to the realtors office which is not close buy. Had to borrow a car to take them there.

This condo is perfect for the family that wants to be close to the beach and yet have quick access back to the condo for lunch! Quiet - despite being in the middle of a busy tourist area. Pool is just right for those that just want to cool off and for families with little children that want to play in the water. I would highly recommend this condo and area!

We use Booe Realty as a rental agent for our condo and have always been happy with Booe's service. Recently our renter left suddenly before his rental agreement expired. The staff in Booe's long-term rental department got us a new renter one day after the tenant moved out! Once again, fantastic service!

My wife and I have used Booe Realty to rent our 'snowbird retreat', usually from mid-January to mid-April for the past 5 or 6 years. We have no complaints; in fact just the opposite. All communication with Booe has been clear and on time. We are well-received when we arrive, and have never had any difficulties after we leave (mind you we are neat-freaks and always try to make the place better than when we arrive). We have dealt with Carletta, who is pleasant, polite and efficient. We generally recommend Booe and Carletta to any friends who are interested in renting in MB.
