We arrived about thirty minutes early, prior to our 3 pm check in. I was hesitant that we might have to wait to get the keys. To my surprise, the ladies on staff had our package ready to go along with a couple of welcome gifts. We stayed at the Harbour Side condominiums, which were conveniently located at 74th and Ocean Blvd across from Sands Dunes. We were a very short walk to the beach. Nearby was a nail salon, arcade and quick shop located at the Sands. A grocery store was a 5 min drive on Hwy 17 along with various restaurants. Broadway At the Beach and the Boardwalk Promenade, were both about 13 mins. from our location. The Condo was clean and very spacious, with up and downstairs, which was not noticeable from the outside. The area was quite and peaceful. There was a swimming pool below our condo. The only thing I didn't like, was the parking. We were traveling in two cars, one parking space was in the front. Luckily, when we arrived one of the residents came out and told us where to park the 2nd car, on the backside in a guest parking space, we didnt know that. We really enjoyed our stay, we felt at home. From the inital contact with Booe Realty, until check out, I was treated with friendly customer service. I would not hesitate to rent from them again!

The people at Booe office were fantastic to me. I would highly recommend this company. Also, when the linen supply company had mistakenly left our linen package at the same unit number in the building next door, the after hours contact at Booe refused to give up, and solved the mystery. We had all our linens well before bedtime the first night. It was so reassuring knowing the Booe staff was always available and would follow up like that. We stayed at Arcadian II and it was a fantastic place, right next door to the hotel for our dance Nationals competition. The beach was pristine, would love to stay again sometime.

I loved that the unit had central A/C. It was close to the parking lot but that was convenient for carrying the luggage. It was clean but we had trouble linking to the WIFI and the TV was somewhat difficult to navigate. My family and I would definitely go back.

I was desperate to find a condo for six months as I am moving and building a new home. The home will not be ready until October. I had tried twelve real estate agencies prior to calling Booe. I finally reached Carletta Howard, who went overboard to help me. If she hadn’t have looked beyond the protocol of annual leases, I would have had a major problem. She did the research to find me a wonderful condo, complete with all the amenities. I can’t praise this agency enough. In a day and time when “money rules,” they care about their clients needs FIRST! The entire Team was very timely and responsive throughout the entire time of the rental relationship. I would highly recommend Booe realty to those looking for a positive rental experience.

I would reccomend Booe realty for long term rentals. I had very few problems with the unit but the 2 I did they were on top of getting them fixed immediately. Jefferie was amazing in helping us with all of our needs!! Made renting for a year easy!! Would still be with them but decided to buy!!

We have owned a unit at Carol Bay for over 25 years, and have enjoyed many family vacations in our "home away from home". We've made the unit available to vacationers the whole time and have worked with 2 different management companies during the years. Being a "long distance" owner means we need to rely on the management company to do the right thing. Booe Realty has been trustworthy and the better manager by far. I believe the staff has a very keen eye as to what features vacationers expect and/or value. They have kept us informed, and have promptly addressed any maintenance issues. A special THANKS to Carletta, who has personally supervised recent redecorating for us. She has done a marvelous job of making our home even more attractive and inviting. The new photos on the website highlight her attention to detail, focused on what amenities would appeal to a beach visitor. Please keep up the good work!

We became clients of Booe Realty three years ago and very much enjoyed our relationship. Our contact person is Carletta, annual vacation rentals, at the agency. Carletta is very helpful, courteous and accommodating. If we have an issue in the condo we rent or facility it is taken care of in a very quick and in a reasonable amount of time. Booe Realty is amazing I have been a tenant for over 12 years now very quick to respond to any needs that I have. So friendly and willing to help you. If I owned a property I would certainly not hesitate to use them. If I decided to move I will defiantly make sure its to one of their properties they manage.
