My Family of 6 had a great experience renting this property. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and we loved the short walk to the beach. It was a great location to experience Myrtle Beach. Our condo had everything we needed.

This was the cleanest cottage we have stayed in while vacationing in Myrtle Beach. Plenty of space for our large group as well. We would definitely recommend to others. Just a short walk to the beach!

Enjoyed our stay so much. The staff was wonderful checking in and then we arrived to a clean, very well equipped condo. We will stay here again.

Older style property, clean and a five minute walk to the beach. The apartment was perfect for 4 adults, and location was great. We rented 2 chairs and an umbrella for a week on beach, so didn't have to carry it every day. Beautiful soft sand on the beach, you could walk for miles and Apache Pier was very close by. Great location !!

As a family of 6 I was a little worried about the size and location of the condo but it was perfect! We were able to walk to the beach (this part of the beach isn’t crowded either) everyday and had plenty of room for all of us.

We really enjoyed this property and look forward to returning! The only small thing I would change is a digital key for the property so you don’t have to pick up and drop off keys. Very friendly and responsive staff and I would highly recommend!

My husband and I rented a townhouse from Booe Realty, (Chris), nine years ago, we just moved because we built a house. Throughout those nine years I could not have ask for better service. I’ve remotely owned multiple rental properties in the Myrtle Beach area for over 10 years. It was difficult to manage even with a property management firms UNTIL I found Booe Realty. Chris Walker has been outstanding. She took over my propities and has been very enjoyable to work with. She takes charge and makes things happen. She’s keeps you in the loop and always makes excellent suggestions regarding tenants, repairs and the market in general. She has your back. I would reccomend Booe realty for long term rentals. I had very few problems with the unit but the 2 I did they were on top of getting them fixed immediately. Jefferie was amazing in helping us with all of our needs!! Made renting for a year easy!! Would still be with them but decided to buy!!

Booe Realty is amazing I have been a tenant for over 12 years now very quick to respond to any needs that I have. So friendly and willing to help you. If I owned a property I would certainly not hesitate to use them. If I decided to move I will defiantly make sure its to one of their properties they manage.

We arrived about thirty minutes early, prior to our 3 pm check in. I was hesitant that we might have to wait to get the keys. To my surprise, the ladies on staff had our package ready to go along with a couple of welcome gifts. We stayed at the Harbour Side condominiums, which were conveniently located at 74th and Ocean Blvd across from Sands Dunes. We were a very short walk to the beach. Nearby was a nail salon, arcade and quick shop located at the Sands. A grocery store was a 5 min drive on Hwy 17 along with various restaurants. Broadway At the Beach and the Boardwalk Promenade, were both about 13 mins. from our location. The Condo was clean and very spacious, with up and downstairs, which was not noticeable from the outside. The area was quite and peaceful. There was a swimming pool below our condo. The only thing I didn't like, was the parking. We were traveling in two cars, one parking space was in the front. Luckily, when we arrived one of the residents came out and told us where to park the 2nd car, on the backside in a guest parking space, we didnt know that. We really enjoyed our stay, we felt at home. From the inital contact with Booe Realty, until check out, I was treated with friendly customer service. I would not hesitate to rent from them again!

I was desperate to find a condo for six months as I am moving and building a new home. The home will not be ready until October. I had tried twelve real estate agencies prior to calling Booe. I finally reached Carletta Howard, who went overboard to help me. If she hadn’t have looked beyond the protocol of annual leases, I would have had a major problem. She did the research to find me a wonderful condo, complete with all the amenities. I can’t praise this agency enough. In a day and time when “money rules,” they care about their clients needs FIRST!
