Exceptional Service and Genuine Care! Carol went above and beyond to help me and my family find a home during a very difficult time. She didn’t just do her job — she did far more than she had to, showing incredible dedication, compassion, and professionalism every step of the way. Carol was always kind, responsive, and punctual, and her knowledge of the area and the housing process made everything so much smoother and less stressful. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about the people she’s helping, but Carol absolutely does. Thanks to her, my family and I were able to find and secure a safe, comfortable home when we needed it most. I can’t recommend her enough — she’s a true professional and a wonderful person to work with!

Very friendly, responsive and accommodating staff. The house was clean with lots of great amenities and in a great location. Loved our stay and would definitely stay there again next year!

On the ocean!!! Clean, comfortable and spacious. Front door lock of the room was difficult to use. Door did not close and latch easily.

Location, easy walk to beach Toilet didn't flush. Had to drive back to realtor to drop off keys. Only give you one roll of toilet paper. Sheets had to be rented.

The indoor/outdoor pools were great since the weather was up and down. Pools were well taken care of daily by staff. Great access to the beach and close to the main strip. Shopping carts and luggage carts were always accessible. The parking lot attached to the building was small but perfect for packing and unpacking. The parking lot across the street was Perfect though! Not crowded and since I'm not a fan of parking garages it was right up my alley. This isn't the fault of anyone but the sliding doors were difficult to open(but still manageable). But that was expected because we're right on the water. You can't control salt water.

Great location, excellent view of the beach, top floor unit (3rd floor) which is great for the beach view and eliminates any potential footsteps etc from a floor above. Very clean condo with excellent furnishings etc. You can tell the unit is very well cared for by the owners. No complaints. Excellent property.

This condo was just right for 4 adults. It is an older condo but makes you feel right at home. It is on 3rd floor. I was worried about the steps because I need a knee replacement but it wasn't to bad for me. It was a nice get away for a few days. Booe reality is always wonderful to work with.
