Property was great. Super close to the ocean. My kids enjoyed the ocean during the day and the condo pool in the evenings. There is a hide a bed couch in the upstairs tv room so that was a nice surprise, my kids all got their own beds. I have never stayed in a Vrbo that didn’t have ANY food in the cupboard so plan accordingly (not even salt and pepper.) We would most definitely stay here again.

We love this place perfect for a family vacation....definitely this is our second home we love it.

Great location! Very quiet!

The property was nice. It was very spacious. The view was lovely. I will definitely rent from them in the future. My only complaint was the cleanliness. There was a thick layer of dust everywhere and the remote controls for the TV were corroded and did not work. Other than that, a very nice condo.

My family and I recently stayed in this condo and we had a great week. The weather was still a little chilly so it was really nice for the kids to have the indoor pool to swim in. The property itself, you can tell is older, but it didn't feel really run down or anything. The condo itself has been nicely updated and was as advertised. It worked perfectly for our family of 5. There are plenty of plates, cups, flatwear, etc. The only thing I needed that wasn't available was a vegetable peeler. We chose to bring our own linens rather than pay extra to rent them. I really liked that the showers coming in from the beach had the standard showers, as well as hoses with adjustable sprayers on them. It made it so much easier to spray off our things and our children. The location is excellent being so close to Barefoot Landing. Our children loved the great playground there in front of Lulu's. The Realty company was easy to work with and very friendly.

This condo was super nice. The decor was modern and felt homey. We cooked a few times and the kitchen is great with lots of room. The balcony was great for people watching and listening to the band at Ocean Annie's without having to leave the room. My only 2 complaints would be that the door lock was so hard to get locked or unlocked maybe a keypad would have been way easier and the beds are hard as rocks. I could have slept alot longer had it been more comfortable. Hopefully the owner can upgrade these . We did stay on the 3rd floor and there is NO elevator here so you may want to pack light otherwise you will get a workout from all the stairs. In my opinion it was a nice place for a vacation and I would stay again

We stayed at Pelican Watch 205 and it was the perfect place for my little family. It was right on the beach!! Our favorite thing about the place was the view of the ocean right out the livingroom and bedroom windows! With having small children being right on the beach was very convenient so we didn’t have to walk at all. We will deff. rent this place again when we come back to Myrtle Beach!

OK. little dated

3 weeks prior to my arrival to a short term rental, my condo became unavailable due to an unexpected disaster that couldn’t be repaired prior to my arrival date. The staff was very prompt at notifying me. They fortunately had another rental available and got me in at the same price. I had a few challenges with the internet and they had someone come help the same day. They have a great support staff as well.

Very comfortable and cozy cottage! Loved everything and couldn’t ask for more! Also were able to bring our Dog! Had an awesome time!

My experience is with long term rental. They are very helpful. The application fee is a bit steep but it's for all the properties they manage, so in the long run it was worth it. I highly recommend them. They've been the best experience we could've asked for!
