My Family of 6 had a great experience renting this property. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and we loved the short walk to the beach. It was a great location to experience Myrtle Beach. Our condo had everything we needed.

This was the cleanest cottage we have stayed in while vacationing in Myrtle Beach. Plenty of space for our large group as well. We would definitely recommend to others. Just a short walk to the beach!

Enjoyed our stay so much. The staff was wonderful checking in and then we arrived to a clean, very well equipped condo. We will stay here again.

Older style property, clean and a five minute walk to the beach. The apartment was perfect for 4 adults, and location was great. We rented 2 chairs and an umbrella for a week on beach, so didn't have to carry it every day. Beautiful soft sand on the beach, you could walk for miles and Apache Pier was very close by. Great location !!

As a family of 6 I was a little worried about the size and location of the condo but it was perfect! We were able to walk to the beach (this part of the beach isn’t crowded either) everyday and had plenty of room for all of us.

We literally just handed the keys in! Best stay we had. Haven't been on vacation in a LONG time. We stayed at Arcadian Dunes. The property was beautiful and really quiet. Even with all the families that were vacationing with us. Every one greeted you with a smile and a hello! The property was insanely clean! Very welcoming. We checked in after hours, and that was a breeze to do. Pick up the keys and you all set. Booe realty definitely has my vote! Everyone we met was extremely friendly, nice and professional! We had a mishap where we ended up losing one of our keys!! On the beach no less!!! And I went to make a key in return for losing it. When we got to the office a lady had turned in our key to the office!!!!! Talk about great people!!!!! We are coming back in August! And, I absolutely can't wait!!!!! We will be staying with Booe Realty again.... Thank you ladies SO much. If you don't use Booe, you really missing out!!

We really enjoyed this property and look forward to returning! The only small thing I would change is a digital key for the property so you don’t have to pick up and drop off keys. Very friendly and responsive staff and I would highly recommend!

We arrived about thirty minutes early, prior to our 3 pm check in. I was hesitant that we might have to wait to get the keys. To my surprise, the ladies on staff had our package ready to go along with a couple of welcome gifts. We stayed at the Harbour Side condominiums, which were conveniently located at 74th and Ocean Blvd across from Sands Dunes. We were a very short walk to the beach. Nearby was a nail salon, arcade and quick shop located at the Sands. A grocery store was a 5 min drive on Hwy 17 along with various restaurants. Broadway At the Beach and the Boardwalk Promenade, were both about 13 mins. from our location. The Condo was clean and very spacious, with up and downstairs, which was not noticeable from the outside. The area was quite and peaceful. There was a swimming pool below our condo. The only thing I didn't like, was the parking. We were traveling in two cars, one parking space was in the front. Luckily, when we arrived one of the residents came out and told us where to park the 2nd car, on the backside in a guest parking space, we didnt know that. We really enjoyed our stay, we felt at home. From the inital contact with Booe Realty, until check out, I was treated with friendly customer service. I would not hesitate to rent from them again!

The people at Booe office were fantastic to me. I would highly recommend this company. Also, when the linen supply company had mistakenly left our linen package at the same unit number in the building next door, the after hours contact at Booe refused to give up, and solved the mystery. We had all our linens well before bedtime the first night. It was so reassuring knowing the Booe staff was always available and would follow up like that. We stayed at Arcadian II and it was a fantastic place, right next door to the hotel for our dance Nationals competition. The beach was pristine, would love to stay again sometime.
