We loved this rental. First off, the pics are a little outdated as the kitchen has been updated with beautiful granite counters and a backsplash. The size of the room and beds in the 2nd bedroom were great. Having 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer were very helpful with kids. The closets had someBeach stuff but we brought our own. The amenities were great and it is so close to the beach. You can view the beach from the balcony but it’s not oceanfront. The only complaints we had were the master bed was pretty hard and the gym was extremely small.

Location was excellent, condo was clean, and enough room for a small family. The appliances need updating but other than that would stay at Beach Colony 614 in the future.

Overall a very nice place to stay. Lots of space! A little dated, but nothing that really mattered. We spent most of our time on the beach, enjoying the great weather and sun. Had everything in the kitchen we needed too. Only thing I would change about the property, is the weird bathtub. :)

We had a wonderful time at A Place at the Beach. The condo has all updated amenities, sits on the beach and has two pools on site. Plenty of room and fun for our family of four. We will definitely be back!

Great location - fully stocked with all your needs in the kitchen. Loved being next to the pool, especially with 4 little ones. Easy walk to the beach - close to food. Easy check-in and check-out! Close proximity to Apache Campground made it great as part of our family stayed there in their RV.

Short walk to the beach. Pool right next to unit. Pool a little small but a bigger one was a 3 minute walk. Tv in every bedroom and a really cold ac. The only negative was lack of any sound separation from main room and bedrooms.

My family and I have been vacationing in Myrtle Beach for over 20 years. We have used several realtors and private owners. I feel that Booe Realty is one of the best in the area! Great customer service, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. Any issues are handled quickly. We have used Booe Realty between 5 to 10 times and I hope to continue to use them in the future. We have been working with Patti for a number of years now on rentals and we are so very pleased with the service she provides. She is always so helpful and always in a very friendly way. She responds immediately to any request or questions we have and always will go the extra mile to help us. In fact everyone we have communicated with at Booe has been so helpful. We rented from another agency a number of years ago and there is a significant difference in the way we were treated by Booe vs the other agency. The level of customer service provided by Booe is beyond all other agencies. We definitely recommend Booe for beach rentals.

We are a senior couple, one of many Canadians who were fortunate to have booked 2 months accommodations through Patti at Booe Realty for the months of March and April. As first timers who were finally able to spend some months away from our Canadian winters, we were so happy to arrive in Myrtle Beach and see our beautiful accommodations at Summertree. We love the location, the layout, the decor, and all the little things in place that we typically would use in our own home from day to day. Unfortunately, our long awaited winter break, is being cut short due to this world wide, scary pandemic. As much as we would like to stay here and weather it out, no one has any idea how long that would take. Our families have been putting pressure on us to return home but the final deciding factors re leaving were when our federal government advised all Canadians to return and the USA and Canada border closed to non essential travel. So after only being here about 3 weeks, we will be heading home. Patti and her co-worker (who I regret not getting her name) offered to contact the owner to see if the remainder of our rental cost could be credited for next year and she/he generously agreed to do just that. We were and are thrilled to be on the receiving end of such kindness during these stressful and scary times. We look forward to dealing with Patti and the other staff at Booe Realty in the future - can't say enough about how professional and genial all our transactions have been with this company.

My Experience with Booe Realty has been a pleasant one. I’ve worked with them on several stays when in town on business. The places I’ve stayed have all been clean, and the staff has always been accommodating. My recommendation is to ask for Journi, when using Booe realty. She‘s always willing to help answer questions, make recommendations for dinner, and refill anything the unit might be short on. I highly recommend working with Journi and Booe Realty when in the Myrtle Beach area.
