My Experience with Booe Realty has been a pleasant one. I’ve worked with them on several stays when in town on business. The places I’ve stayed have all been clean, and the staff has always been accommodating. My recommendation is to ask for Journi, when using Booe realty. She‘s always willing to help answer questions, make recommendations for dinner, and refill anything the unit might be short on. I highly recommend working with Journi and Booe Realty when in the Myrtle Beach area.

I always have had a great experience when working with Booe Realty. I truly feel like they're experts in the area because they have been around for so long and are truly locals. Everyone on their team is friendly and you can tell that they are really passionate about the work they're doing!

I’ve rented through Booe for five years and I can honestly say that they bend over backwards to help.. any problems that arise they have someone there that day or the next at the latest.. glad to have them in my corner!

The team at Booe is amazing. When my husband and I were in Myrtle beach on vacation we truly enjoyed the experience. Miller and Hope and the whole team have a hospitality and family mindset. It's so much better than a hotel. Thanks for all you do.

I have been an annual renter with Booe Realty for over 10 years. Everyone in the office is always friendly and willing to help with anything that they can. I have even called Chris W just to say hello if I havent spoken to her in a while! I have recommended to many people who may be looking for long term ( or short term ) that they contact Booe Realty first!

I’ve done business with the Vacation rental office since last year. Journi and Patti have been nothing short of exceptional! Their customer care and attentiveness to my family’s needs have been sought out and precisely met continually. They have gone above and beyond. I could not be happier with my experience with them and what they bring to Booe. Thankful I ended up working with them and have no reason to go anywhere else for my vacation rental needs. They’ve had a wonderful spread of options to pick from and they used outside the box creativity to get me the most ideal accommodations possible. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Have been renting through Booe Realty for 7 months. Patty and Journi are professional and accommodating. Had some minor maintenance issues and with one phone call they were resolved immediately by their skilled maintenance staff.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Beth Campbell is just an incredibly caring person! She went above and beyond for my client who relocated from NY to Myrtle Beach and now back to NY. Being in NY, Beth handled having the condo completely cleaned, painted, etc. She even went shopping for new bedspreads so the place looked more appealing. She met the furniture delivery people and always stayed in constant contact. I can not express my gratitude enough and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We visit the Windy Hill area several times a year. We came down in Labor Day weekend and were concerned about Hurricane Dorian. Weekend weather turned out fantastic. Room was spacious and clean. View was gorgeous. Location is convenient to Barefoot and other great attractions. The only real con and this was more on timing, we didn’t get to town till 3 am and had to drive 30 min out of our way (15 each way) to the office to get keys. It was challenging for this old man to read the pad lock at 3am and we were all exhausted. Then all the light bulbs were dead in master suite...But this would have been a non issue had we been able to arrive earlier. Overall great stay and would definitely rent here again

We had an awesome time and we'll definitely be back. The house was well stocked with beach gear and amenities to make the trip an incredible experience. The beds were comfortable. The family enjoyed the screened porch areas and spent lots of time out there laughing and making memories!! Easy check-in and check out. Five Stars!! Highly recommended!!

Great location you were close enough to everything, but still had space to enjoy the ocean right outside.
