Unit is very clean and up to date. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking and eating in. I would rent this unit again.

Great location and house!

We usually come to Myrtle Beach in February while my parents are staying in North Myrtle Beach. This year my son was playing in the Cal Ripken Experience baseball tournament so we decided that we wanted to stay closer to the fields. We booked this condo on VRBO and did not really know what to expect from Booe Realty. They were FABULOUS!! They were so helpful and always willing to answer our questions whenever I called. The condo was beautiful and so clean. We will definitely use Booe Realty again!

Whenever we come to MB, we usually stay in North Myrtle Beach. Since my son was playing in the Cal Ripken Experience Beach Blast tournament, we decided to stay closer to the fields. We had no idea what to expect, but we were definitely not disappointed. This condo was BEAUTIFUL! The pictures do not do this condo justice; it is very nicely decorated, yet has a comfortable feel. There were tons of different items that could be used in the kitchen which was helpful since we were coming from another state. The master bedroom and bathroom was gorgeous and everyone argued about who would get to shower in there! Although the condo is not directly on the beach, it has a beautiful ocean view and is extremely assessible to the beach. Parking was easy and never a problem and the elevators were always available and clean. One of our favorite aspects to our stay was the gentleman who was the night security guard. He was so sweet and helpful throughout our week. Overall, our experience with Booe Realty and this particular condo was excellent. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Walking in the condo was very cute and beachy. But after looking around we noticed the next day how much black mold was in all 3 window a/c the blankets they left on the bed hadn't been washed ND had crusty stuff on them. The beds were uncomfortable. The pics on website haven't been updated in years because the palm tree blocks half the view of the beach in the a1 balcony now. The showers had mold and rust all in them there was mice poop under the bathroom sink. The recliner was so dirty on the arm handles. It was gross. Would not stay there again unless they updated. I have pics of everything but idk how to post them on here

Wonderful experience, wonderful vacation. The condo was clean and a gem tucked away in a nice family-oriented community. Hope to come back every year!

Not our first vaca to myrtle beach. Won’t be our last! Had a great time.

My five friends amd I enjoyed a girls trip here. We loved the view and lazy river and spent many hours on the beach. Would definitely consider staying here again! We all loved the number beds and baths.

Everything was great! Communication with the rental agency was great! We loves the condo! Condo is walking distance to the beach. It seemed like it was located in the middle of everything, but far enough for peace at night! My family would definitely stay here again!
