We just bought our place at APAB III. While we decided to switch realty companies Booe was very good to work with. We did call with an issue with the water heater and light switches. They were very prompt, responsive, and friendly. Journi and Hope were good to work with.

This property is only steps from the beach. The fishing is not very good but we enjoy walking on the beach & looking for sharks teeth. The sunroom is the best place to relax and enjoy the view. The TV service is not good. We can only watch one TV at a time. All in all, we have a good time and thought this property is very nice.

Thank you for sharing your unit with us. It has been a great experience being able to run daily on the shore, sit and enjoy the great weather and short distance to all major shopping area. Thanks again!

We had a great trip and enjoyed the property. The mattresses were a bit thin, but that's really a personal preference. They might feel great to others. Overall, I would stay there again and would recommend to others.

I've rented through booe on long term rentals for years now and they've been nothing but the best in every single way possible time and time again. Very good people within that office and would highly recommend if you want a quality rental or home with quality service.

15 yrs ago we bought a condo in Myrtle Beach, living out of state we needed a responsible and honest realtor to manage our property. we turned to the Booe Crew and it was the best decision we could have made. Chris, Chrisie, and the rest of the crew handled everything for us. When tenants moved out they inspected the unit had it cleaned and always found us new tenants, took care of all repairs that popped up even ordered us appliances when we needed to replace old ones. They treated us like family and that is hard to find today, I look forward to working with them on our next deal and you should too.

Horizon is a wonderful location, and It has many amenities. This unit is beautiful with many upgrades. It is one of the nicest properties that we have ever stayed in at Myrtle Beach.

We had a wonderful experience with Booe Realty. They were always super friendly both on the phone and in person. They were helpful. We had one maintenance issue during our stay that was handled immediately. We were so impressed by how promptly they came. Some reviewers would prefer a contactless check in/check out, but the office was a short drive from our rental and interacting with the staff in person was a pleasure. We will definitely use Booe for future visits to our favorite place.

We had never traveled with a dog to the beach and needed a rental that would allow our newest addition. I chose this rental because I was familiar with the area and the rate was great. There were some minor cleaning issues, not super obvious but more like the cleaning crew might have been cutting corners. No biggie and I took care of those small things myself. The rental agency was wonderful. Friendly and just pleasant to talk to. I understand other reviewer‘s preferring the convenience of a contactless check in, but the office is just a short drive from the property and putting friendly faces with the friendly voices I already knew was a pleasure. We had one maintenance issue during our stay because a shower knob broke and fell off. As soon as we notified the realtor someone came out and fixed it. The kitchen was One of the most well stocked kitchens I’ve ever had in a rental. Great knives and cutting boards, good selection of pots and pans and plenty of kitchen gadgets. I almost wish we had cooked more on this trip! Close to the beach. Morning coffee on the covered porch was wonderful. I didn’t realize we didn’t need to bring chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys- the property has a deck box with those items for your use. Next time I will save all that space in the car! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this rental even if you aren’t traveling with a furry friend.
