The people at Booe Realty are extremely nice and I would definitely book with them again if I ever get another opportunity! 3 weeks prior to my arrival to a short term rental, my condo became unavailable due to an unexpected disaster that couldn’t be repaired prior to my arrival date. The staff was very prompt at notifying me. They fortunately had another rental available and got me in at the same price. I had a few challenges with the internet and they had someone come help the same day. They have a great support staff as well.

This was one of our best vacations ever, and that is because of Booe Realty! Cleanliness, responsiveness, and location can either make or break a vacation. Booe Realty went above and beyond what my family and I were expecting! We are extremely pleased with the condo we stayed in, and the staff 😊 We will be back to visit Myrtle Beach and we will be sure to book with Booe Realty! Thank you guys so much for everything!

We stayed in Myrtle Beach for 18 Years now and this was our 1st booking through Booe Realty and .....for sure ... it WON'T be our last. From our booking months ago to our arrival and our check out, they were easy to contact and deal with. VERY friendly and helpful. On our 1st night there, our Central Air was dripping like crazy on our room. I contacted Booe Realty after hours # ....got someone on the phone quickly and they had an Hvac pro there within an hour and got it up and running again. Will we book through them again......MOST DEFINITELY!!! Do not hesitate.....book you AWESOME vacation through them....you will not be sorry!!!
