Great place to stay!!!!!

We had an absolute blast at this property! The views of the ocean were stunning and the short walk to the beach was better than we anticipated! The condo was spacious, clean, and we appreciated how spread out the bedrooms were for sleeping. Our only complaint was some loud neighbors upstairs who ignored the quiet time rule but otherwise we would love to stay here again!!

The condo was in a great location over looking the pool and the beach. It was updated and neat. Could have been a little cleaner - furniture needed wiped down and lots of dust in the corners on the walls. Wish I had know there was not an elevator for the building. It made carrying up 3 flights of stairs difficult. I would stay again!

We loved our trip here! Condo was great for our family of 5. Right on the beach with lots of activities nearby.

We stayed in ‘A place at the Beach’ 9540-2G and it was amazing! The condo was immaculate and newly renovated! The view was perfect and we could walk right out on the beach. I loved the live music next door at Ocean Annies and the fact that they only played till 11 and then things got quiet. The pool was well cared for too and my kids were able to swim since it was only 4 ft deep. Perfect place for families and close to everything.

We absolutely love Horizons 516! We had an issue getting the code for our condo when we first arrived, but when I contacted the Booe Reality emergency number they immediately stepped up and assisted us and we got in within a couple minutes. We were very happy with how spacious the condo was. There were six of us and we never felt like we were in each other's way. All three bedrooms have balcony views, two of them have gorgeous ocean views. We were very pleased that the walk to the beach was only a 2-3 min walk (sometimes you never know). The condo is located in North Myrtle which is a much quieter and safer area and within walking distance to several stores and a two min drive to major grocery stores. We were already aware that we needed to provide our own linens and towels, so it was not a problem. However, I would've preferred a better stocked kitchen such as, baking trays, large cutting boards, large mixing bowls, storage containers and maybe a Keurig (rather than the old fashioned kind). There is coffee downstairs in the lobby if you prefer. But just know you may have to bring some of these items if you stay. Also, there is a rather large dent in the freezer door, but apparently they are that way in all the condos (scratch and dents or something like that). It did not affect how the fridge/freezer worked. We had a great stay and hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay. Check in at Booe Reality was quick and easy. The house was clean and exactly as advertised. The beds were comfortable, and it was a short walk to the beach. We used the public beach access right beside the house rather than the path from the back yard just because it was so well done and easy to access and also had a sand shower. It would have been extremely helpful to have a refrigerator in the garage, especially with 16 guests in the house. It caused us to spend a lot on ice. A shower head in the Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs would also be a big plus. In reference to an earlier review-No bugs were seen anywhere. Overall, it was a lovely old beach home and accommodated our group well.

We loved being beside Ocean Annies and the Sandles club. But not having to stay in the Sands.

There were 7 plus a 5 month old. We were there during hurricane and a week of rain. We had a great time catching up with the family, playing games, puzzles walking in the rain and beach.We always try to stay in TH 2 and when we walked in the home was very clean and smelled great. The people at Booe were easy to work with and very responsive to questions. They went above and beyond by providing some essentials for our stay. Check out was completed with a simple phone call. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Overall the house was nice. The bathrooms could do with a bit of a change but everything was good

We bought an investment condo in SC in 2006 and hired Booe Realty as our property. Living in NY, it was comforting to know that Booe Realty handled every aspect of owning a long-distance condo. A special thank you to Chris and Christy who were on top of everything and very responsive whenever we had a question or request. I would highly recommend them.
