Horizon is a wonderful location, and It has many amenities. This unit is beautiful with many upgrades. It is one of the nicest properties that we have ever stayed in at Myrtle Beach.

We had never traveled with a dog to the beach and needed a rental that would allow our newest addition. I chose this rental because I was familiar with the area and the rate was great. There were some minor cleaning issues, not super obvious but more like the cleaning crew might have been cutting corners. No biggie and I took care of those small things myself. The rental agency was wonderful. Friendly and just pleasant to talk to. I understand other reviewer‘s preferring the convenience of a contactless check in, but the office is just a short drive from the property and putting friendly faces with the friendly voices I already knew was a pleasure. We had one maintenance issue during our stay because a shower knob broke and fell off. As soon as we notified the realtor someone came out and fixed it. The kitchen was One of the most well stocked kitchens I’ve ever had in a rental. Great knives and cutting boards, good selection of pots and pans and plenty of kitchen gadgets. I almost wish we had cooked more on this trip! Close to the beach. Morning coffee on the covered porch was wonderful. I didn’t realize we didn’t need to bring chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys- the property has a deck box with those items for your use. Next time I will save all that space in the car! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this rental even if you aren’t traveling with a furry friend.

Property was awesome! A couple of minor glitches. The lock on the door was way to hard to get to use.finally got the hang of it the last day, very frustrating. TV,s were hard to program , even the maintenance man had a hard time. All in all a great condo

The ease of getting into our rental was amazing. Our check in time was a little later than expected but completely understandable with staff shortages. Everyone we spoke to was very kind & helpful. Thank you for making our stay great!

We stayed on shore drive Mariners cove 142d for 4 years now and will be back next year. The owner redid the condo and Booe was great to deal with.

We stayed at Pelican Watch 205 and it was the perfect place for my little family. It was right on the beach!! Our favorite thing about the place was the view of the ocean right out the livingroom and bedroom windows! With having small children being right on the beach was very convenient so we didn’t have to walk at all. We will deff. rent this place again when we come back to Myrtle Beach!

We have rented long term with booe for over a year and now renting at a new property with them. They are super efficient. Any issues with rentals they send help out to fix the problem ASAP. Very quick with email. Incredibly friendly staff.
