Amazing stay with Boo down in Myrtle Beach. Very responsive and incredible location, will be back for sure in the future.

This condo was just right for 4 adults. It is an older condo but makes you feel right at home. It is on 3rd floor. I was worried about the steps because I need a knee replacement but it wasn't to bad for me. It was a nice get away for a few days. Booe reality is always wonderful to work with.

My family had two condos at Brigadune up until I was in high school- 3D and 3F. My grandfather helped with the blueprints and name of the building so it was very close to home and special to me to be able to stay in 8D! Super nostalgic
There were no trash bags though so if we stayed for more time or had more trash we would have to buy some and we had to get our own spices. Not sure if this is owners choice or the reality company. Some people said in the reviews it smelled musty but to me it smelled like childhood. Saw there wasn't any information for the wifif HOWEVER it is on the router. That could have been more clear but if you have a brain, you can find it. The bed was not made so that would've been cool too.
Journi (Booe Reality) took care of us and I would probably book directly with her if we come back in the future! I'd love to stay here with my parents and come back with friends! I got home a few hours ago and I'm so sad to not be at the beach longer.

The apartment was really spacious, in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. We didn’t like the stove because every time that we cooked the burners they started to throw smoke and the alarm started to sound, each burner had a lot of old oil in.

Great stay

We liked that it was nice and close to the beach and that it had a pool. It was mostly cleaned, they provided chairs, etc to sit on when on the beach. The water pressure was pretty good. It was very dated and the appliances were old. There was a dead cockroach in the draw in the second bedroom. You couldn't watch anything on the TV in the second bedroom, there was no signal of any sort. The floors were still covered in beach sand when we arrived (once cleaned it should stay clean while the apartment is closed up with no doors or windows open). A bit annoying that after a long drive you still have to stand and make all the beds yourself, then when you leave you have to strip them all down.

Great rental! Home was very clean and spacious! Love the fact that the beach is just across the street. Would come back!

Lovely and Clean place. We love the location of the unit on the property. The mattresses could be updated.

Great location, nice sized pool and it was cleaned while we were there. The kids loved the games in the kitchen. The bottom of the garbage can was dirty and the handle to the back door was broken which was frustrating but we didn’t feel the need to contact anyone over Labor Day weekend for it. Would probably stay again.

This place was fantastic. From the moment we arrived we had a marvelous time. Our family didn't want to leave.

We had a great time! This air bnb was bigger than the pictures make it look! Easy walk to the beach! Perfect for big groups! We did have issues with the elevator working. With this being a 3 floor house we really needed the elevator due to older family members and a pregnant family member. Unfortunately once we check in, I was unable to get in contact with anyone at Booe Realty. I messaged through air bnb, emailed multiple times, and called. I had no luck. Overall it was a great trip just wish we had the elevator and had help when we needed it.

We enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy even though we arrived after hours. We picked up the keys in the box and it took less than 5 minutes to complete the next morning. We were only a short drive from all the attractions and enjoyed the quiet at the condo. It was really a great value for the money. It was great waking up with a view of the ocean and being so close to it. Would definitely recommend staying here and we hope to do it again soon.

Great vacation in a great location. Arbor House 21 met all our needs. They layout was not cramped. All beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed for meals and snack prep. TV and WiFi worked as needed. Washer/Dryer worked as needed. We will look to stay again next year.

We stayed at Arcadian Dunes, it was a short walk to the beach, and you are able to walk to the pier and gain access to the restaurant and pier. Very clean condo. We had a 3rd floor unit and it was very nice and quiet, access to the pool that was fun for the kids when not at the beach. (Just for transparency there are no elevators, so if you have problems with stairs look for something on the first floor)
