The place was super spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with utensils to use, easy access to the pool, short walk to the beach, food, and stores. Nicely in the middle of everything, not long drives to destinations. Overall wonderful stay, I will be returning!

This is the second time we have booked this 204A location. Booe Realty has been AWESOME to deal with. The unit is as described, clean great location and all the amenities that we could need. Check in is super easy and flexible. The woman at the front desk are always pleasant and helpful. We have trusted Booe two years in a row with our Family Vacation accomidations and have not been let down. We will use them again next year :) Thank you Booe Realty!!!

For the second year in a row, we brought our family of five down from Maryland for a Myrtle Beach vacation. The Shore Club Cottage was perfect. Close to the beach and stores, plenty of room, clean and well stocked. Renting a golf cart topped off our time there as it made it easy to get to all the close places quickly.It is a great place to stay and highly recommend it….again!

This is a great property for a family vacation. We spent a good week here; young grandkids enjoyed the pool area amenities as much as the beach/ocean!

My family of four had a great stay in Sea Mark Towers, Unit 906. The unit is spacious due to the 3rd bedroom and bathroom. The appliances work, however, the oven does take time to heat up to the desired cooking temperature, so for anyone renting this unit, turn the oven on in advance of cooking your meals. The view from the balcony is stunning and very enjoyable (i.e. I enjoyed having my morning cup of coffee out there each day). Having a washing machine and dryer in the unit is invaluable as everyday there were wet beach towels to contest with along with daily showers. The A/C in the unit works (but I would suggest to Booe Realty to change the furnace filter - the one that's there needs replacing ASAP). The TV options are great, Netflix, YouTube along with regular local TV coverage is available. **We encountered water dripping from the ceiling access panel (in the master bedroom with the king bed) directly above the TV ~ this was reported to Booe Realty upon check-in. The technician who came to inspect the issue said that the dripping water is from the condensation from the A/C and that the pipes are not insulated, so you can expect drops of water to drip onto the TV and dresser during your stay ~ this is a little concerning, but was not a significant issue during my stay. **Overall, the unit is in good "shape" (could use a paint job, though, to touch up the "nicks" and scrapes along the walls). As well, it must be noted that Unit 906 is a corner unit, so there is ample natural lighting coming in from the many large windows. Very nice unit ~ thank you Booe Realty.I would recommend this unit be rented by anyone vacationing with a young family and would certainly seek to rent it out again for my own family's purposes!

We stayed in this condo 2 years In a row and this year they upgraded the living room furniture and they completely re did the master bathroom. I like everything about shipwatch condos and I would definitely recommend staying in this condo or another shipwatch condo. The area is so nice.

This was a very nice, updated stay with a straight walk to the beach! The area was super nice and the pools were nice as well.

1 floor, spacious, roomy condo. Appliances slightly dated and dining room + kitchen table we worn with dirty cushions. Negative comment on stay is only 1 of 3 TVs is cable accessible, and the cable box was not functioning. After multiple calls and promises issue would be taken care of, no one followed through and my 3 year old daughter couldn't watch TV for the week. The other two tvs in the bedrooms are Roku Tvs---very limited viewing capability and you can even download free apps as the account is locked.Overall, I would stay again, but leary on service if problem arose.

Stayed at Ocean Bridge A26 and oh man was it a beautiful place!! We loved it. Super updated and modern. Comfy sleeping. Two pools and a short walk to the beach. They called us prior to our stay and after our stay to make sure everything was great. Emailed us throughout our stay as well. The people who work there are so sweet . We will stay again!!!

My husband and I had a fabulous stay in your unit. There was plenty of beach gear and ample kitchen supplies. It had everything anyone could want except a washer/dryer in the unit. It was beautifully decorated but the spare bedroom only had an older model TV, which I don’t know if it worked or not. The location was great. We enjoyed our stay.

Our family has been stay at these properties for years. This property is very cozy and a great rental. Beautiful view! We will be back

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach. I must say, this property made the trip. It was very clean and right on the beach. No need to pack alot of things. Just run back and get toys or drinks or whatever. The pool area was clean and well maintained. Parking was not a problem. It was very quiet, even though next door to a popular hotel. It's great for families. The Booe staff was excellent. Great communication prior and after the trip, and check in was a cinch. Hope to make it a yearly trip down there.

This is a very clean and modern unit. The bed in the master bedroom is comfortable. All the amenities you would need. Even the deck furniture is new and comfy. Great view of the beach and quiet. You cannot hear Ocean Annies from the deck. It gets loud over there at night and we never heard noise. Booe Realty is always a pleasure to rent from. I will rent this unit again.

Another year at the Beachcomber and another relaxing vacation. Not a fussy place the renovations from 2019 have really made it even more flexible and enjoyable. We actually enjoy cooking in the new kitchen and not feeling the need to dine out was a big benefit, especially this year.

We were left in a bind with last minute cancellations and Booe Realty and their team helped me find a perfect new spot. We are now in love with this place! Clean, comfortable, great beach access and if there are any issues they fix it immediately. We will definitely use them for all our vacation rentals from here on out. Great job! Kudos to the condo owner, what a beautiful place!

I grew up in Charleston SC and have been coming to Myrtle Beach most of my life. Absolutely love where we stay. Booe realty staff always helpful and pleasant to work with. We also have known the owner for several years and we treat this place like home because it's inviting. Come back every year!!

My family and I stayed here last summer and loved it! Out of the 3 other places we stayed with Booe Realty this was our favorite. Great location and up to date furnishings made for a comfortable stay. We will return this July 2020
