The condo was conveniently located next to the beach with community in ground pool. Relaxing on the porch was a little piece of heaven. About a 12 minute drive to Broadway at the Beach/Convention Center so close enough to the action but far enough to be in a peaceful community setting.

The learning curve as a owner of rental property can be challenging. I have had some pretty bad tenants and managers. Christie and Booe annual rental department have exceeded my expectations, I’ve been working with Booe for about five years and I am pleased with Booe and my current tenants. Thank you, Christie.

First time staying at the Guest Cottages and really enjoyed our house. Perfect for my family of four older kids (post college, college, high school). Lots of room and close to stuff to do. Will definitely stay again.

We had a great condo for the week!! Plenty of room and pup friendly!! And so close to the ocean 💙 and it was a great price!! They beat vrbo and airbnb!!!

We stayed in A Place at the Beach 9540 3K and it was perfect. Check in was easy, there was a bunch of beach supplies in our condo supply closet that we were able to use. Was perfect for our family. There were other families from our baseball team that stayed in the same complex and it was wonderful. We were able to have cookouts by the pool, the pool and beach access was superb. Ocean Annie's being next door was a great place to grab a drink and hang out. The complex was clean. Only complaint is not having an elevator and being on the 3rd floor. Next time I would book the first floor.

Beautiful Property. Parking was a little challenging at times due to the lack of spaces available, but other than that it was perfect.
