wow these people are great. Our company have been dealing with Booe for over 10 years. Chris Walker and her team [ annual renting] have kept our units rented all the time. Enjoyed our stay very much. Got to our room and there weren't any remote controls for the tvs and they required a specific remote and they were able to deliver 2 in a timely fashion. The building tenants and the booe crew were all so nice and accommodating. Will book with them again 👻

After firing another company in the area for doing a terrible job., I came across Booe Realty. Talk about night and day. There professionalism, courtesy and expertise in the management business was impressive. They were excellent in looking after my property for 11 years. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of rental property management.

The condo was very nice, comfortable, quiet and clean. Great location, just one block from the beach, very affordable. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely consider booking again.

We loved the location and the beautiful old house! The house could use some upgrades. Some of the air vents were a little molded. But the nice maintenance man showed up right away and fixed things!

Property was nice. Found three roaches during our stay. Second bedroom could have used a tv. Nice accommodations. Clean overall.

This fit my hubby and 2 small children well. Quick walk to the beach, first floor and pool out back. Previous reviews were pretty accurate; slightly outdated condo and appliances but the hosts were very responsive when the internet wasn't working...and it wasn't crowded. Felt very private, usually had the pool to ourselves. First floor hears a lot of noise above but all in all we were more than satisfied with the set up.

We came down for our son’s Gotcha’ Day like we do every year z.We brought my son’s girlfriend and he proposed to her. It was a joyous w week with a great view of the ocean. We play board games and the dining room table was perfect for that. Unit was very clean with a state-of-the-art kitchen. We had to supply our own towels and sheets, which we have before. I am wheelchair bound, so their walk-in tub was perfect for me.

Very short walking distance to the beach (just across the street). Good driving distance to everything. Love my stay.

Overall everything was exceptional. The check in process was frustrating they give you a waiting time between 3-6pm but they want you out of there at 9:59am no questions asked on day of check out. Makes it hard when traveling several hours.
