Each and every encounter with all Boo Realty team members was excellent. Chris Walker was my first and ongoing contact. She is exceptional. I moved alone for a job and knew no one in Myrtle Beach. I wanted a high quality, safe and convenient location close to work. Chris exceeded my expectations..perfect home only four minutes from work with great shopping close by. The owner chose who to rent with but I know Chris must have given me a positive review. I am grateful and enjoyed my rental. The entire team is great but Chris Walker is the noteworthy professional that made the totality of my experience memorable. I will highly recommend agency because of my wonderful experience with Chris. Kudos to her!!

We have stayed at 9540 Shore Dr, 2C several years. It is perfect for our annual girls trip, a party of 5. Check in was easy and early (a big bonus). The unit was clean and as advertised. Upon arrival, supplies were available for use: toilet paper, soaps, dish detergent, etc. We'll definitely return.

The Team at Booe Realty are without a doubt the best in the business. My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Chris, Christy and Jefferrie and the entire team since 2014. As always, Journey was excellent and an absolute pleasure.We had a great time and I’ll be back for the fifth time next year. Been come to the Myrtle Beach area for the last 30 years and a can’t think of another place I’d rather go to than a place at the beach!

After firing another company in the area for doing a terrible job., I came across Booe Realty. Talk about night and day. There professionalism, courtesy and expertise in the management business was impressive. They were excellent in looking after my property for 11 years. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of rental property management.
