We had an awesome time. The condo was beautiful, clean, spacious. You can rent sheets or bring your own. Also, make sure to bring your own towels n rags. The people were too nice. Right next to the beach. It was just awesome.

Needed refrigerator repair & after review, the owner of my unit decided to purchase new one. Chris Walker at Booe Reality handled the process which was very smooth & my fridge was delivered today! The delivery person actually was earlier than scheduled & was very professional! He had my new fridge up & running in a short period. I have been an annual renter for almost two years & Booe Realty & their employees are always prompt & curious in replying to any issue you may have.

We enjoyed our family reunion here, thank you so much! We had a great time visiting with our grandson (1+) & his parents, lol. Seriously, this is a perfect jem, 3rd floor, 3 bedrooms, washer, dryer. So many near by places along with pool & amazing views. We will definitely rebook if we meet here again. A VERY small issue, the dropping off the keys at a different location is not convenient when you get up at 4 am to drive 13 hours away. Option to lock them in condo would have been nice but not a game changer! Thank you!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. The accommodations were absolutely perfect for what we needed. Every bedroom had their own bathroom, which was perfect when we were all trying to get ready at the same time. We took advantage of the darts, boardgames and outside TV when it was rainy. Having an extra fridge downstairs was so convenient for loading the beach cooler everyday. I could go on and on…. The bottomline is we will definitely be staying there again and be recommending this to our friends and family! This made our daughter’s graduation week so special. Thank you!

We have stayed in the same location property for the last 3 years love it. And we have stayed in the same condo the last two of those it is beautiful. Right on the beach will be back next year. The office staff is a great help. Thanks for our great stay!

The place was great, but I was very surprised at the amount of construction going on during our entire stay in the building. I would have thought someone would have told us that we should expect to be up at 7:00 am everyday by the construction noises. I was also disappointed that the pool area was closed. We loved the place and loved the view. We will be back again.

Very cute condo for a weekend stay with the family. The views were excellent with the best of both worlds, the waterway and ocean. We even witnessed several weddings at the nearby country club from our balcony. There was easy access to the beach and pool, and there was a pizza and ice cream store on site. I liked that this area wasn't as crowded, but walking just a block down you had River City Cafe and a beach bar. It was located close to Barefoot Landing and other attractions. For me, it would be a little cramped for a family of 4 for more than a weekend. There wasn't a lot of closet/storage space, the hallway kitchen was tight, and the beds weren't overly comfy, but overall we couldn't have asked for a better weekend trip. It was nicely decorated and felt very cozy. Great place to stay!

Excellent customer service! I have rented from them for years. Entire staff are awesome - not only meeting expectations, but exceeding them every time. I highly recommend Booe Really!

My family and I recently stayed at one of your properties, it was gorgeous!! Sooo relaxing!! It was only 2 blocks from the beach and 5 to 10 minutes from all the fun outdoor activies. It definitely is a GREAT place to go with kids!!! Our condo was super spacious and just breathtaking! I will definitely stay here again in the future!
