This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach. I must say, this property made the trip. It was very clean and right on the beach. No need to pack alot of things. Just run back and get toys or drinks or whatever. The pool area was clean and well maintained. Parking was not a problem. It was very quiet, even though next door to a popular hotel. It's great for families. The Booe staff was excellent. Great communication prior and after the trip, and check in was a cinch. Hope to make it a yearly trip down there.

This is a very clean and modern unit. The bed in the master bedroom is comfortable. All the amenities you would need. Even the deck furniture is new and comfy. Great view of the beach and quiet. You cannot hear Ocean Annies from the deck. It gets loud over there at night and we never heard noise. Booe Realty is always a pleasure to rent from. I will rent this unit again.

Another year at the Beachcomber and another relaxing vacation. Not a fussy place the renovations from 2019 have really made it even more flexible and enjoyable. We actually enjoy cooking in the new kitchen and not feeling the need to dine out was a big benefit, especially this year.

We were left in a bind with last minute cancellations and Booe Realty and their team helped me find a perfect new spot. We are now in love with this place! Clean, comfortable, great beach access and if there are any issues they fix it immediately. We will definitely use them for all our vacation rentals from here on out. Great job! Kudos to the condo owner, what a beautiful place!

I grew up in Charleston SC and have been coming to Myrtle Beach most of my life. Absolutely love where we stay. Booe realty staff always helpful and pleasant to work with. We also have known the owner for several years and we treat this place like home because it's inviting. Come back every year!!

My family and I stayed here last summer and loved it! Out of the 3 other places we stayed with Booe Realty this was our favorite. Great location and up to date furnishings made for a comfortable stay. We will return this July 2020

The condo had everything we needed. There was nothing that we found lacking. There were games and cards available. The kitchen and baths were nicely updated. There was plenty of seating in the living area. We enjoyed the view of the ocean from the deck. It is located next to Ocean Annies, but you don't have to worry about any loud noise. We would certainly book it again.

We love the family friendly Beachcomber and return every year. The kitchen update was great. We particularly love ocean watching from the inclosed porch.

What an AMAZING place! This is a perfect place for a family vacation. The 2 bedroom condo was spacious for our family and everything was immaculate. It is centrally located. It is a 2 min walk to the beautiful beach and a 3 minute walk to many delicious restaurants. Had such a great time and I will definitely visit again.

We stayed in ODV 5110 & 5111 March 31-April 7th and really enjoyed it. Loved the newly remodeled unit. So clean & fresh. We had stayed in another unit there in Oct. The only suggestion I have is to make a laundry room in the half bath. I'd never stay anywhere else. Love the location. We'll be back in Oct.

The location of this condo was perfect for our family. It was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the great ocean and pool views. We also liked having the small entry way for beach stuff and storage. The only issue we encountered was the Wifi had to be reset often. We would definitely rent this condo again. I do think an over the stove microwave would help with counter space in the kitchen.

Beachcomber is a charming older beach front home with direct beach access across the back yard & dunes. Although the furnishings are a little dated, they were all functional & well maintained. Linens were clean & neat. The kitchen was small but well equipped to cook for a large group. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the upper screened porch, beach breeze blowing, watching the ocean waves. The girls even saw a sea turtle laying eggs in the dunes one evening! Beachcomber is located in a great area of Myrtle Beach....walking distance to mini golf & ice cream... a short drive to most of the attractions. I highly recommend this property, fantastic value for a beach front rental of this size.

Our extended family has been going to Myrtle Beach forever and we have moved from house to house but we've been a the Beachcomber for 16 years in a row. We love the upper level porch. The variety of sleeping arrangements suits our family. The owners have made improvements through the years. It is not fancy, but it is well maintained, comfy, and in a great location. We keep thinking the owner needs to put a ceiling fan on that upper porch and convert the last tub bath to a shower, but we love it just the same.

Excellent condo with shorteasy access to the beach. The view from the balcony to the beach was great! It was nice to sit and have my morning tea and watch the ocean. Staff at BooeRealty were great to work with - and cheerful - despite our getting there late. We hope to vacation here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this well maintained condo. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated with plenty of beach gear available for use. The furniture was in newer condition and everything worked wonderfully. The only reason I didn't give it a five star rating was because the kitchen supplies could have been more plentiful with some pizza pans or perhaps some cookie sheets for baking. Thanks for sharing your place with our family we couldn't have been happier with our choice.
