My boyfriend and I took our kids vacation and stayed at this location, it was very peaceful to the point him and I fell asleep on the balcony listening to the waves. The kids were most definitely not ready to go they kept asking could we live here momma. All over we had a great experience

Nice condo, great location. It would have been nice to know in advance that there was no elevator, as we were on the third floor.

The property was better than I expected and more. Everything was nice and clean!! I would definitely rent from them again.

we enjoyed our stay. everything was as expected. We really liked the location, so cost close to the beac.

condo is basically just like photos. There is acctually a washer a dryer in unit not advertised which was great!Refrigerator is small so freezer is very small. Kitchen is equipped well for cooking meals. coffee maker is basic will need to bring filters. Basic furniture in living room aswell as bedrooms. Our favorite place was the balcony big enough to hang out where we spent most of the time when at condo. Really makes you feel as though the beach and ocean were your front yard! we could watch dolphins in am and evening! Great place for breakfast and morning coffee, evening drinks. or just read a book. There are 2 pools aswell as 2 hot tubs on grounds. They do a great job of keeping motorcycles off grounds which us nice to keep it quiet.
when we arrived we noticed the AC in the living room was broken though they are no responsible for appliances they git a hold of owners and they purchased a new one that we had 2 days later.
we didn't want to leave!

We had an awesome time. The condo was beautiful, clean, spacious. You can rent sheets or bring your own. Also, make sure to bring your own towels n rags. The people were too nice. Right next to the beach. It was just awesome.

Needed refrigerator repair & after review, the owner of my unit decided to purchase new one. Chris Walker at Booe Reality handled the process which was very smooth & my fridge was delivered today! The delivery person actually was earlier than scheduled & was very professional! He had my new fridge up & running in a short period. I have been an annual renter for almost two years & Booe Realty & their employees are always prompt & curious in replying to any issue you may have.
