Great location! Spent most of my time outside which is where you want to be yet able to get in and out as desired. Right next to Ocean Annie's so it's easy to listen to the daily bands.
FYI, it's a beach rental so you don't get all the bells and whistles of places not on the beach (weekly rentals) like you do with other nightly Airbnb rentals.

Great location and condo was comfortable and clean

It was exactly as described and looked like the pictures. Check in was easy. Communication was superb. Pool was nice and beach access was great. My favorite part was the large balcony. We spent 4th of July here and the firework show on the beach was such a beautiful experience. When it was time to head inside to put my young baby to bed I was able to finish the show from the bed watching through the balcony! I would definitely recommend and stay again

We had an amazing time going through Booe to rent a place to stay to visit family. The ladies at the office were super sweet and helpful. The place was beautiful and a short walk to the beach. The pool was a big hit for our kids, though we did wish it would have stayed open until at least 10 pm. Would definitely go back again. 😀

We had basketball tourney event downtown and needed a place for 8 people. The room at Sea Mark Towers was an end unit that was very open and had 270deg visibility. The room was more than what we had expected and with the nightly door security guard, we felt comfortable coming and going. Our area was very quiet and the room was just 5min walking to beach We are hoping that next year, we might be able to book this same room or others in the BOOE line.

Great communication! I booked a June vacation back in early February, and there was never a moment that I felt worried about the reservation. Very informative emails and the ability to break up the payment was great. Once there the office staff were kind and courteous. I’d give Booe Realty an A+ for sure. As far as the actual condo…. It was exactly as listed. The building was quiet and we were not disturbed by any noise from neighbors around us. I will add that the mattress in the master bedroom could be updated as it has a definite dip in the middle. All tvs had cable available, and Roku in the kids room. Could have used a dedicated WiFi signal. There were a couple of unsecured networks to choose from, but those can be risky. I’d give the building/ condo a solid B. All in all it was a great trip. I would not hesitate to book again with Booe Realty. It was a very worry free experience.

Paradise doesn’t get more convenient than this!

We loved staying at this location! It’s right on the beach and the balcony had a great view of the water. The outdoor pool was so nice and always had live music playing. The room was clean and much nicer than another room in the same building that someone else we knew was staying in. Booe Realty was helpful and responded very quickly when I sent any messages. Definitely recommend staying here with Booe Realty!

I will be back next year. We had a great time.
