Booe Realty is the best long term rentals agency I have ever known! All the staff at Booe Realty have been, and will continue to be welcoming, prompt and very friendly.

Booe was very helpful. Easy check in and out. Only took a few minutes instead of hours to check in and out. Rental was ready for check in ahead of schedule. Loves our stay!

My wife Heather,son Cooper and his girlfriend Addie absolutely loved the place. we have been using AirBnB now for several years and this has been the BEST place we have stayed in. We are hoping to book it again for next year.

The place is in a great location. The stay was nice and the only issue is it's small but very workable for 4 or less people. But overall this is a bargain as well as clean and close to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bahama Sands 1204. Booe Reality was wonderful to deal with!! They made everything so much easier. We would highly recommend!!!

We love Bahama Sands. We have stayed there for the past three years on vacation. Booe reality was so easy to deal with and was very helpful. I would highly suggest this company!!

The location of this rental is perfect. The beach is across the street, there are restaurants within walking distance. Great spot.

Steps to the ocean and a fair price, very clean and spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys, Would recommend checking out Buckets restaurant, very close by

Our family really enjoyed this Booe property. It is a beautiful house that was perfect for our family. The elevator was much needed and appreciated 😁 We had room to spread out, hang out together in multiple spaces! Monica is wonderful. The location is an easy, very short walk to the beach also. I will recommend and stay here again!
