Thank You!!! For making my Mother’s 89th Birthday Day not only a special one but a beautiful one as well. From the moment she walked through the front door, to the oceanfront patio view she was simply amazed 🥲. A very wonderful stay!

First time, and certainly won’t be the last! Our stay at A Place on the Beach 9540 3K was nothing short of amazing. The condo was exactly as described. The owners clearly have pride in ownership and it shows in how clean and well kept the unit is. Any questions we needed answered were promptly and enthusiastically addressed. From booking our stay, to arriving and picking up keys to checking out, everything was easy and we were always met with kindness. 100% recommendations this condo, the rental company and the beautiful city of Myrtle Beach!

LOVE THIS STAFF! I’ve used other mgmt companies in Myrtle and by far the best. They communicate about everything. Home was very clean. All of our questions were documented in the instructions. Any additional requests were answered immediately. Very smooth stay. We’ll be back for sure! (Salt and Light)

Stayed at A Place At The Beach 1 - 9560 - 1J. This is a very nice condo. The unit was very clean and very well equipped. Close to the beach and overlooking the pool. Thanks to the owners and Booe for letting us enjoy this vacation. Looking forward to coming back next year!

I had a long term rental. Chris at Booe Realty was a pleasure to work with. Any issues with the home were fixed immediately! Office staff were great!

Awesome property. The backyard had lots of privacy featuring beautiful foliage and our own footpath to the beach. The house inside was decorated very nice with comfortable furniture to accommodate all 10 guests. We had a blast grilling our own burgers and dogs as the house came with 2 charcoal grills. The beach chairs and boogie boards were a plus. Can't wait to go back next year!

Easy process with Booe Realty. Friendly people and pretty easy check in process. The house is older and does have some wear and tear that should be looked after. The path to the beach had not been looked after for some time, screens were torn, etc. little stuff. Several of the games were missing items. No dice for Yahtzee, missing cards from a card deck. Kitchen was amazing. Nice remodel on that one. It was big and a big thank you for all the extras that came with it, all the way down to the crock pot. Beds were fair. Not great but fair. We would stay there again if they addressed a few of those needed repairs and maybe upgraded at least the main room beds. All in all it was a pleasant stay and very easy to work with Booe Realty.

Other than finding a few stray hairs, when we first arrived, our stay was EXCELLENT! Everything was as stated, the pictures were true to form. The price was incredible. All they ask is that you treat it like it’s your own home. There are family pictures in the condo, that may trigger some ppl. But I don’t do politics so it didn’t bother me. I loved the pics of their dogs as I have 4 rescues of my own. Thank you Booe reality for a wonderful experience. The only thing I would change is maybe a 11 am check out instead of 10 am. We left a bag of unopened groceries there, rushing to check out on time. Otherwise GREAT STAY. And I will definitely book directly with them again soon.

I had a really nice time in Myrtle Beach and the condo was very nice. A small hiccup at the beginning with some housekeeping items, however, that did not deter me from having a really nice time.
