The condo we stayed at was wonderful. Beautifully decorated, comfortable furnished and clean. The indoor pool house with hot tub and sauna was a life-saver the first few days while Mother Nature rained on us. Booe employees were nice and easy to work with.

Thank you Booe Realty for our stay at A Place at the Beach 1-J 9560 Shore Drive. We love that area. Not too crowded. Listened to live music almost nightly while sitting on the beach from Ocean Annie’s and walks to/on Apache Pier. Our unit was so nice and updated. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Matter of fact the whole unit was nice and clean and bright. Our older daughter and her fam and 3 kids stayed in a unit on the same floor and they were able to come and see us. Nice heavy duty furniture for dinners and game playing. Easy check in and check out process. We had trouble trying to get the front room tv to connect so gave up and played games. Might have been us not knowing how to connect the WiFi. Balcony was so nice and relaxing by the pool with the shade. Thank you for the use of the beach chairs with your unit. Mine broke that I brought so I used one that was provided. Meet nice owners there. Will stay again. Hopefully I can get a month this upcoming winter ‘25. Great place to stay, not crowded Will stay there again!!

Cleanliness, size of condo, proximity to beach. We had a few smokers in our group and were not made aware of where to smoke. Maybe include that in your welcome letter.

The pictures didn't do the condo justice. It was nice and spacious. The view was great and the walk to the beach was very short. We loved it's proximity to the many attractions.

This place was perfect for our family's beach vacation. It was comfortable and clean. It was only a five minute walk to the beach. The inside and outside pool were great for days we didn't want to go to the beach. Any issue we had, Booe Realty responded immediately and took care of everything. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for a condo off the beach. Five minute walk to beach. Beautiful view of a pretty secluded pool right outside our unit.The other main pool area also had a hot tub, steam room and sauna and was connected to a restaurant and a playground, gazebos with picnic areas and grills, and tennis courts. Overall a wonderful trip and the unit contained almost everything you could want while on vacation in a condo. The only downsides were that the couch in our living room was not a pull out for our son to sleep on and also the king bedroom's bed was uncomfortable, especially being that our toddler-aged son had to share it with my husband and I. Our other family members were staying in the queen beds room. If they could put a pull out couch in its place in the living room then it would have exceedingly met our needs and would have been so beyond perfect for an extended family of five!
