Everything was great. The process, communication and response from Booe Realty was what I expected and then some. I highly recommend their vacation rentals.

A Place at The Beach 9520-1E- It was a good location with not much crowding on the beach. The room itself was good with minor issues here and there one being the floor in the bathroom as the board was moving as if tile was underneath shifting and the fans were fairly dusty. The one room did not have AC in it but had a small fan diverting air from the main room into this bedroom through the wall. During the day this room was fairly hot but not so bad at night. Overall, with the few issues we had we been very happy with our stay and the location as we were very close to the beach and this was a very short-sighted booking as it was booked within a few hours of searching for a beach front location and for the price it was unbeatable!

We had a blast on our vacation and couldn't have asked for better service. The lock box/check in process was simple and quick, the condo was right on the ocean with quick, easy beach access, and we had everything we needed for a great family vacation. The value for the size and location of our condo was unmatched by any other rental we considered. This was our first experience with Booe Realty but it definitely won't be our last!

The property was very clean and spacious. We were provided with all of the essentials we needed to make our stay comfortable. The area was really quiet and close to the beach, so that was a plus. My family loves to go out and have fun but we like coming back to a quiet place to lay our heads.

We were very disappointed with our stay at Water Point ll, unit 402. When we arrived to check in we found out the wash machine was broken, which was very inconvenient for a beach trip. When we arrived at the unit, we immediately noticed the bed was broken down and uncomfortable. Additionally, the vertical blinds didnt open or close properly, limiting being able to keep light out for the person sleeping on the sofa bed. To make matters worse, there was a used band-aid left on the porch, which is unsanitary, and there was mold or mildew around the bathroom vent that made the space feel unclean. Overall, this unit is poorly maintained, and it really impacted our experience. This place needs some attention before renting again.

The beds were very comfortable and it was walking distance from the beach. The rooms were clean. I loved the balcony. There isn't an elevator. The check out time is a little too early (10 am) when you have to drive to a different location to turn in keys.

We absolutely loved the condo we had. It was very clean when we arrived. We had just got into the condo and the housekeeper brought us clean towels and clean bedding for the entire week. Booe Reality truly made our stay extremely comfortably.

My daughter and I stayed here, it was great! The condo was clean and modern. Such an easy check in and it was great that linens were provided. It was just a short walk to the beach, and really loved the screened in porch before entering the condo. Would highly recommend!

Nice place overall for the money. Torn screen on covered porch, towel holders in bathroom kept falling down due to loose or no set screw. Other than a few small things , great stay.

It was great. The pool was amazing. And the beach just a little walk away. Couldn't have asked for a better trip!
