Good location, close to everything, beaches, stores, restaurants, fishing spots, coffee shops, bakeries, surf shops, lighthouse, the ferry…. Property was clean and cozy, quiet, easy to park. Would stay here again, we loved it.

Great place with a room with 4 twin beds for the kids. Water was always hot for showers, washer and dryer are larger which was great for towels. This was our third time staying here, and there is always an upgrade and good upkeep.

This house was a perfect fit for our family of five! This is by far the cleanest house we have stayed in while vacationing in Avon! Only two houses away from the beach access. This section of the beach is so quiet...even on the Fourth of July.

Loved the pool and all the seating options. You could sit outside all day and be in the shade. Well appointed kitchen and very close to beach. Walked to get ice cream twice which my kids loved.
