This unit was absolutely beautiful! The pictures did not do it justice. The master suite is HUGE, the bathroom updates are beautiful, the garage is spacious enough for our Odyssey and the large TV's made it feel just like home. We have 3 teenagers and we all fit perfectly into this home. The 3 bathrooms was SO helpful especially with a teenager and husband who like to take their time in the potty. ;) The natural light that comes in thru the skylights in the kitchen and master bath make it seem like the lights are on, even when it's cloudy out. With the windows open you can hear the ocean, even in the master bedroom which is at the back of the home. The location is perfect! We were able to walk down to breakfast each day and my son and hubby were able to walk down to the pier to fish. Small, quaint little peninsula. HIGHLY recommend this place for a getaway! We are already planning to come back during the summer.

Fantastic option that lets you stay right on the beach. Balboa island is easily accessible for a day of activities. Home was clean and provided a great view of the beach/ocean for sunset.

Great property. Noise from construction but was well informed of that. Very roomy and great area for biking. Didn’t touch the car once after arriving. Some high top outdoor chairs would be a nice addition.

Close to the pier and restaurants, amazing views from the living room. Comfy place to stay.

Property was advertised, I was not happy about the late notification on construction going on next door but otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.

Location and view were amazing. The house was spacious and well equipped. The home is on the mellow side of the pier so less noise at night. Construction next door was a lot but was communicated in the listing. Our only complaint: the mattress and sheets were terrible. We left the house after 4 days with sore backs, and the sheets felt thread count 0. Invest in a little more thread count and an average or better mattress and your guests will thank you for it. All in all, view for the value makes this a solid choice for anyone looking for a beach getaway.

Very large space in great location and beautiful ocean view. Just far enough to seem less crowded but still close for restaurants and the ferry to Balboa Island. Garage is tight but great for charging EV’s. If you have a second car, on street parking is limited. No A/C but you get a good breeze and there are fans. We all had a great stay.

Great space and view of the beach/ ocean
