The Property was amazing, house was organized and exactly as described..location was amazing!!
BIG problem with billing, I was charged a rebooking fee of over $1000.00 because my son originally booked for us and he is not 26. We took great care of the place and would rent again but I really need a refund on the rebooking fee.

This place was perfect for visiting the Newport area. The location was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again! The only complaint that I have is that the check-in instructions did not clearly state the key code to get in to the apartment. I had to reach out to the management company. And even then it was not directly given to me. I guessed at what the code would be and I was correct and that is how we were able to access the apartment.

We came with our daughter and walked everywhere!

Great location on the peninsula, kitchen had lots and lots of items to work with, easy check in and great place. Close to beach, bay, walkable to places less than a mile, on-street free parking, very safe and friendly area
I almost rented a place in the Spectrum but Michael aka Amir was super shady, asked to cancel on AirBnB and pay in cash instead, switched to 1Br from 2BR, shady/scammy and NB Vacation Properties was fantastic in contrast! Trustworthy, up-front, communicative, A+

This little bungalow was perfect for my husband and I. Great location, clean, small and quaint. The hosts were very attentive and accommodating. We had the best time. We rented bikes and rode all over Newport Beach. Fabulous little getaway!

J'ai passé un très bon séjour avec ma sœur et mon conjoint, le logement était très agréable, spacieux et bien équipé. Il est à proximité d'une petite plage très jolie. Le parking est tres appréciable et assez grand pour un 4x4. Nous avons pleinement profité de ces quelques jours à Newport Beach et nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Merci

The apartment was comfortable with a well appointed kitchen. The area is great with restaurants and a lot of opportunity for outdoor fun.

Cute property, more of a quite location. Guest room is only a twin bed, and sleeps one person unless you want to use the futon to sleep on. The rental company was very accommodating and responsive. I would recommend staying with them.
