Our family has been staying a week at Newport Beach during the summer for 60+ years. It’s a very special tradition for us that was almost impossible to do after the house we stayed at since my dad was a boy sold. Finding this house was a gift and I’m so, so glad. Fit my whole family comfortably, and we absolutely loved spending time on the rooftop for dinners. Walking to the beach and the pier was so fun and easy. Really enjoyed our stay from start to finish. ❤️

It was amazing! so close to beach and stores!

It was extremely nice being 3 blocks from the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. We rented both the top and bottom so the shared garage and laundry was good. We will definitely stay again.

My family and I have never stayed at a house so close to the beach. I have to say this was a great experience the house was wonderful and worth it. I have no complaints and we will most likely make this our ongoing summer vacation.
