From the moment we entered your beautiful home, we felt completely comfortable and relaxed--it was so clean and well-appointed! The home was beautiful, just as the pictures showed. The location is impeccable; seeing the ocean from the balcony and rooftop deck and being so close to the boardwalk was just incredible. We enjoyed our stay so much; we'll definitely return and rent your home again! The shops and restaurants were so convenient, and we loved our morning and evening walks on the boardwalk. The beach was amazing and we spent so much time just relaxing and playing in the ocean! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We had one of the best vacations ever!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. It was clean, beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. They paid such attention to detail. I loved the decor, the roof deck, the view and the proximity to the beach was perfect. We had great communication with our host and they were super responsive when I had a question. We will definitely be looking at this property on our next trip to Newport. Highly recommend!

The location and condition of this home is fantastic! It was our second time staying in this property and won’t be the last. There is plenty of space for everyone but some nice separation for people to enjoy some alone time. The rooftop deck was a fun place to hangout and enjoy the amazing Newport weather. Our kids look forward to the trip and are so excited when we can stay at this house.

Our family of 7 had an amazing stay at this rental. The location alone is unbeatable. It’s right next to the sand and the Newport Pier. The home is very spacious and looks exactly as pictured. The host was very communicative, too. We had a few minor miscellaneous complaints/issues, but they didn’t negatively impact our trip whatsoever or were serious enough to change the 5 star rating. We will absolutely stay here again if it’s available for future family vacations.

This house was a perfect place for our stay. Everything from making the reservation to check out was seamless. I also took advantage to the grocery service before our arrival, which saved me so much time! I really enjoyed the location. Teens were able to walk to the beach, donut shop, and ice cream shop. This home accommodated our family and needs. The home was stocked with all basic necessities and more.

We had a great time. The property was spacious and even though it is not directly on the sand it had multiple ocean views from the main bedroom and rooftop. You are on the beach by walking less than a minute and the bars and restaurants are equally close. If there are waves there is great surfing as well. Parking is limited but this unit has a 2 car garage that can fit 1 big car or 2 smaller cars. The rental company Burr White was awesome as well. We would stay here again for sure.
