The location and condition of this home is fantastic! It was our second time staying in this property and won’t be the last. There is plenty of space for everyone but some nice separation for people to enjoy some alone time. The rooftop deck was a fun place to hangout and enjoy the amazing Newport weather. Our kids look forward to the trip and are so excited when we can stay at this house.

This house was a perfect place for our stay. Everything from making the reservation to check out was seamless. I also took advantage to the grocery service before our arrival, which saved me so much time! I really enjoyed the location. Teens were able to walk to the beach, donut shop, and ice cream shop. This home accommodated our family and needs. The home was stocked with all basic necessities and more.

The house is in a perfect location and well appointed. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Third floor rec room was nice for the kids and rooftop patio had great views. Very close walk to restaurants and bars and especially the beach. Great place and would be happy to stay again.

Literally steps to the sand. This Beautiful 3 story house was perfect for our little vacation. Easy to find. Lots of restaurants nearby, within walking distance. 3 minute walk to the pier. Loved that we had our own garage. View was awesome from the rooftop. I Would definitely book again.

The location was great! Close to everything, restaurants and shops. Lots to do and explore. Steps to the beach, enjoyed watching the surfers catching waves. The beds were super comfy, the house was clean and welcoming and there was plenty of space for our family. Being able to park in the garage and walk to everything was really nice. It was a nice and relaxing stay. Loved the beautiful flowers! It was such a nice surprise! Thank you!

We had a great time. The property was spacious and even though it is not directly on the sand it had multiple ocean views from the main bedroom and rooftop. You are on the beach by walking less than a minute and the bars and restaurants are equally close. If there are waves there is great surfing as well. Parking is limited but this unit has a 2 car garage that can fit 1 big car or 2 smaller cars. The rental company Burr White was awesome as well. We would stay here again for sure.
