Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our fourth year in a row staying @1404A Ocean Front in Newport Beach. We enjoy the location as it affords us the opportunity to invite family & friends to visit in one location instead of traveling all over Southern CA. The location is ideal when we have younger families with small children as they can play in the sand, water & school playground equipment just a few steps from our front door! The beach experience is one that we & our guests really enjoy. The staff(especially, Jane & Alex) were extemely helpful with our needs & answered our questions about local services & attractions. The only negative I can report is that for a rental of this stature & expence, I would expect more attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness. Clean window sills/clean window screens/a vacuum cleaner that actually picks up dirt/window blinds that work & are cleaned at least once a year & a bathromm fan(front bathroom) that works is not asking much. All in all it was a good experience & we are making plans to return next year.
