We loved our stay! It’s a very quick walk to the beach (beach is clean and not overpopulated during spring break). Parking was easy and convenient. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. It was the perfect size for our family. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

Space was better than the pictures! Was absolutely perfect for our group of four. Was cozy, inviting and really comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Great location with a 1 minute walk to the beach and park if you have little ones. Would 100% stay here again.

Great house and around the corner to the beach, can’t get much closer. Easy walk to restaurants and shops down the street. Probably the best feature is the car port actually fits my truck that is lifted. I have never found a house in the past that fit my truck and always had to go look for a spot on the street, which is very challenging.

Great place, great location. Wonderful stay. The unit is on a busy road, but the bedrooms are away from the street, and somehow it isn’t too noisy. But that might be a concern for some, particularly on a weekend night in high season, but it wasn’t an issue for us. And the quality of the space and amenities, and the location (just a 1/2 block to the ocean), are all simply outstanding.

This is a very clean, modern, and well-constructed home. It feels like it was built for owner-occupancy, with very high-end construction, fixtures, and finishes. Solid home and in the perfect location on Balboa Peninsula with easy access to Newport Pier and Balboa Pier. There is some street noise, but since the bedrooms are in the middle and back of the unit, you won't hear much of it unless you are in the front room.

Loved this home. Stylish and cozy sitting area and property. Very clean and nicely appointed. It is so nice to walk to the beach and explore! Wish we could have been accommodated by property management as requested in plenty of time even if only an hour or 2 as we were in a pinch to get to a rehearsal dinner. :(

We felt right at home here. This is a beautiful property, and so well located. You can walk from your door to the beach in less than 4 mins. Very quiet neighborhood- perfect for a family vacation. Everything in the house is on one level, so perfect for young children (no stairs)
The property management were extremely helpful, and responsive, as well as sending lots of great recommendations for restaurants, places to visit and things to do.
If you’re looking for a clean, modern, quiet and cosy place to stay in a beautiful area of Newport, which is literally on the beach, then this ticks every box.

Great place at a great location. This is a very luxurious house with quality finishes and construction. Not an old house that was refurbished. Even the furniture, bedding, appliances, and utensils were all very high quality. But few things to do be aware, the keypad is digital and a bit tricky to use. Also they have rules around the trash pickup and timing which wasn't too clear. And their neighbors were a bit nosey and asked about who the owners were. But overall an excellent place to relax.

This was the perfect place for us. We couldn’t have made a better choice for our stay in Newport Beach - what you see is what you get! It was a short and quick walk to the beach, which was great with toddlers :) We are already considering our next vacation to Newport and would definitely stay here again!

Great home. Perfect for 4 people. Decor lovely had everything needed. Great location. Should be noted front of property/patio is on a very busy street. Parking easy. Property managers sent very many emails and texts to ensure we knew everything we need to know. Highly recommend
