It really warmed up, so the house became quite warm. I asked for them to remotely decrease the temp of the house and they did so quickly and without issue. It was greatly appreciated.

The space was great and enough room to accommodate our large family. The kids enjoyed the games in the basement! The hosts were very responsive, we did have some issues but the hosts were quick to answer and help out.

The host were very friendly, informative and proactive. The house was in a lovely neighborhood. The home was just as described the kids enjoyed the game room and hot tub. We’d love to stay here again if we visited Cleveland!
