Perfect location for hikers. Central to numerous parks and trails. Hike all day, come back to a nice hot shower and then take a 5 minute drive into town for dinner. Perfect!

Joe has great listings in Ellicottville. This was my second time staying at one of his properties. He is always very responsive and accommodating. The views are amazing at this location just past Holiday Valley. I highly recommend Joe as a host!
