Very happy with stay, location was great and unit was described accurately. Dryer took a few hours to dry a load of laundry which delayed us in some activities. Kitchen could use a little TLC with wiping/cleaning of cabinets and replacing loose knobs on cabinets.

This was the cutest beach house. It was very spacious and the view from the top was awesome. We were able to walk to beach and all of the little restaurants were only a few minutes away. We will be back to stay again

Location was great, close to beach, grocery store and restaurants. Roof top deck was perfect for BBQ and game night. The condo had everything we needed and plenty of space for our party of 6. Check and instructions for cleaning up/check out were clear. My only gripe, it was the hottest weekend of the year and we could have benefited from A/C or more powerful fans.

We had a good time near the beach with the family. There was a lot to do with everyone having diverse interests. And if you wanted to do nothing - you could chill and have the ocean breeze and air.

Plenty of space for our 8 adults and if we got sick of each other we just went up on the fully furnished roof and hung out. We loved barbecuing on the roof and admiring the ocean. The 2 block walk was just enough to keep us out of the busyness of the boardwalk. Burr White is great to work with...we will definitely be back!

Everything was on point. They where very professional & helpful. My flight was delayed on my checkout day & they went above & beyond to make sure my wife & myself where comfortable until we where able to leave. Thank you Burr White

Well stocked for cooking. Excellent beds. Walking distance to the grocery store and the beach. We took advantage of the boardwalk, pier, and local restaurants. Parking was relatively easy for the second car as well. Spent a day at Universal Studios and it was an easy 40 minute drive. The highlight though was the rooftop deck. Just a great place to hang out with your coffee in the morning or a cocktail at sunset. Would definitely recommend this property. Burr White made check in and check out very simple and provided a great list of resources we were able to take advantage of like beach equipment rentals delivered right to the property. Great place to relax and get away.

Great location and close to the beach. The garage is tight for 2 compact cars. A suggestion would be to take out shelves in the garage to make more room. Overall I would stay there again.
