Great location, three short blocks from the beach and to market and restaurants. The upper unit was spacious, clean, and the rooftop deck was great. The interior is a little dated and rooftop could use more lighting, but, overall, we really enjoyed our stay and great value!

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Location was great and rooftop deck was great. Only complaint would be that there was a stated Duffy boat rental included and there was no info in the house on it. We called and opened a service ticket but nobody got back to us in time so we weren’t able to use it

Large square footage with 4 good sized bedrooms. Top deck afforded great views and refreshing breezes. Location was excellent close to the beach and grocery store. Could not ask for better communication from Burr-White. Simply outstanding. The elephants in the room are lack of air conditioning. Even with open windows, fans, and low temps the house never cooled off which only got worse when cooking. Lastly parking in the area is terrible and it is tough getting in and out of garage. All in all we had a great visit and would come back.

My entire family and friends including myself really enjoyed this property. Close to beach, shops and restaurants. Plenty of room and the rooftop was amazing! Would stay here again for sure!

What a great location!! We were able to walk almost everywhere. We loved the rooftop deck and the closeness to the beach and restaurants. Very clean and a great space to enjoy vacation.

Great location. Close to the beach and grocery store. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The rooftop was a nice place to spend our mornings and late afternoons.

Enjoyed our stay, weather not so much. Apparently we hit a very wet and chilly weather system but it was still a nice visit.
