Great location and clean!

With our daughter living just down the street, this place is an ideal location for us to come for an extended visit and host thanksgiving dinner. It is our second year running that we have done this and we will likely do it again next year.
The neighborhood is totally walkable to any amenities you can imagine. A bonus is having the shipping canal along with the Burke-Gilman trail literally within view of this property.
Its a very nice, clean, beautiful place to call home for a few days! Thank you

Great stay while we visited family and friends for the holiday

Our stay was Great. Our daughter lives very close by and we could get our steps in visiting back and forth. Neighbors were nice and friendly. Other guest helped us with parking spaces when needed. Kitchen well stocked. Rain kept us from enjoying the rooftop as much as we wanted but that’s Seattle. Host readily available and answered every question. We would stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay and accommodated our family very well. The design of this house is interesting with some cool nooks and crannies. Would be great if you are traveling with a couple of school-age children. Everything was as expected. Thanks for an enjoyable stay. We would stay here again (and might actually next year!).

We had a wonderful stay at Nick’s condo in the Capitol Hill area of Seattle over Thanksgiving weekend. The space was exactly as described. It was perfect for my husband, two adult children and me. The space was clean, the beds were so comfortable and the bed linens very soft.
The area was extremely walkable. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops and a large grocery store just blocks away. Best of all we could walk to our family’s new home in North Capitol Hill. We hope to return the next time we visit Seattle!
