This is one of the nicest airbnb I ever stay at. They have everything, location is perfect to visit Mt Rainier.

Our stay here was perfect. The location is excellent, easily walkable to the 1 Line and to some good restaurants and grocery stores. The neighborhood is nice and quiet location to relax while still being convenient. The home was clean and nicely furnished. It had everything that we wanted for a 5-day stay.

Loved staying at this property! Walkable to many amenities including a local grocery store (Safeway). Easily drivable from downtown though parking can be difficult to find. Very clean place and as described.

We had a great stay! Perch was super easy to work with and very kindly allowed us to drop our bags off early before checking in. The townhome itself was exactly as advertised--clean, spacious, and comfortable--and the neighborhood was nice and quiet, with several great restaurants within walking distance. It was a great choice for our trip overall.
