My wife and I were a bit skeptical about visiting Maui for the first time, as we typically have just visited Kaua'i. We were very happy with Maui and Nick's place in particular. Nick was very helpful and friendly throughout the booking process and during our entire stay. He didn't hesitate to help us when we had questions, and he had several recommendations and tips for us as well. The unit is a nice one bedroom with direct beachfront access. The sunrises on the lanai each morning were tremendous. The complex had a nice pool and hot tub as well. There is a park about .25 miles down the road, which opens up into Sugar Beach; I thoroughly enjoyed walking on this stretch of beach every morning. The unit is near the harbor and in a great central location on the island. It was about 30 minutes to Ka'anapali/Lahaina, and about 15 minutes to the Kihei beaches/airport. Nick's place came with welcome coffee/tea, pancake mix, chairs/boogieboard/umbrella. We would definitely stay again

My husband and I stayed here just for a reset weekend and it was gorgeous. it rained the first 24hours we were there but we still enjoyed the home and even got to seat in the hot tub which gave a romantic feeling. We lived the peacefulness and the scenery.

This was the ideal stay for our family. It is across the street from a playground and a few blocks from the grocery store and the main stretch of shops and restaurants. The house was very clean and set up well. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay here again.

This location was amazing, close enough to downtown and yet far enough to have some quietness. Downtown is about 10-14mins from this stay. The stay is beautiful and very cozy! One of the best Airbnb we stayed. I definitely recommend.

The home was quiet, clean and lovely. Well stocked kitchen, great board games. Very quiet and peaceful.
We had a problem with the keypad and our code wasn't working so we called the company and they were super responsive and gave us a code for a nearby lockbox that had a key in it. Super quick and responsive.
