We wanted a spacious and modern place with a well equipped kitchen that was quiet but still near Capitol Hill. This townhome met all of our requirements. We were able to take the lightrail from the airport, walk to the grocery stores and restaurants and catch a nearby bus over to the space needle.
The inside was super clean with two big bedrooms and bathrooms. After walking for miles each day, it was nice to soak in the tub in the evenings. We cooked a lot and had everything we needed.
We would definitely recommend staying here and will stay again in the future.

Our stay was incredible! Nick’s place was cozy and welcoming. It was well stocked and was located perfectly within the city! Very walkable and had everything we needed.

Very clean and well decorated. Great location. Close to tons of restaurants and beaches. Pool on the property is pristine. Perfect home base to enjoy the entire island.

We really enjoyed the gnome trail around the property and decor of the home was really nice. The dogs were able to run free and just enjoy themselves. The home is well stocked and was very clean. The property is not fenced and if you have dogs just know keep that in mind. We had no issue but wanted to let folks know that it’s not fenced.

Great location and easy access to public transportation. Thankful for Perch’s quick responses and communication. Wonderful place for our visit. Would stay there again.
